I pre ordered 2 subs on the app. I was charged for my order. When I got to the store, the only employee there was hiding in the back and hadn't started the order. She demanded I read out the order to her, not look it up herself. She used brown lettuce and rotting tomatoes. When we got to the till I said I had already paid but she said that it didn't go thru and I'd have to pay again. But not the coupon price, full price. I refused. No response from subway. No refund for the original order. No sandwiches. Horrible service.

I recently ordered a power bowl and asked for extra lettuce. The person serving me—his name was Nitin, I believe—told me there would be an extra charge for the lettuce. As far as I know, extra lettuce is usually free, so I was surprised to hear that. It felt a bit unfair, and the explanation wasn’t very clear. I hope the policy can be clarified for customers in the future.

Subway is very clean. The ingredients were fresh even though it was midnight when we arrived. The service was perfect. The atmosphere is modern and fresh. This is the nicest subway I have been to out of the 30+ locations I've been to. It's definitely the location I'll choose if I'm in the mood for fresh easy eats.

I love this location just because of the guy named Prince! Honestly, I only went to this place once and he remembered my order and I’m always being treated to another level! It’s always 100% service and he makes sure I enjoy my order (extra something? He knows how to get it right). All customers who came in after me…..he knew what they are getting automatically. (They just said….’ohhhhh, you know what I want’) LOVE IT!
