I recently ordered a power bowl and asked for extra lettuce. The person serving me—his name was Nitin, I believe—told me there would be an extra charge for the lettuce. As far as I know, extra lettuce is usually free, so I was surprised to hear that. It felt a bit unfair, and the explanation wasn’t very clear. I hope the policy can be clarified for customers in the future.

Subway is very clean. The ingredients were fresh even though it was midnight when we arrived. The service was perfect. The atmosphere is modern and fresh. This is the nicest subway I have been to out of the 30+ locations I've been to. It's definitely the location I'll choose if I'm in the mood for fresh easy eats.

I love this location just because of the guy named Prince! Honestly, I only went to this place once and he remembered my order and I’m always being treated to another level! It’s always 100% service and he makes sure I enjoy my order (extra something? He knows how to get it right). All customers who came in after me…..he knew what they are getting automatically. (They just said….’ohhhhh, you know what I want’) LOVE IT!

I find that the sandwich platters are a great deal for business lunch meetings. But even more than that, I’m grateful for the staff at this location because they are very conscientious and do such a great job, building and wrapping the sandwiches! They make me look good every time!

NOT OPEN 24 hours!! August 8th 1:20am came to get a sandwich on my work break. Yes I work nights. The door is locked and it’s ( closed )however the music is blaring inside, all the lights are on and the sign says 24hours!? I drove out of my way to get here and I only have a specific time to eat as I’m working too…… I feel like the staff just locked the doors but it’s supposed to be open??

i stopped to get a sandwich here last night. i walked in to see the entire counter for sandwich building covered with scraps and sauces from previous sandwich builds. i asked the sandwich maker why it was so messy, he said he just made a big order. what's interesting is that he was in the back area when i walked in instead of cleaning up the previous mess he made, which is an obvious indication of his standards.
he procceded to place a piece of paper overtop of the messy counter and open the bread i ordered with a dirty knife. i was ready to walk out but i was hungry enough to allow him to finish.
after he built my sandwich i asked if he could use a clean sandwich paper for the wrap, which is usually how sandwiches get packed. he argued that i wanted two papers completely ignoring that he was working on unclean surfaces. i told him i don't want dirty paper with my sandwich. so he wraps my sandwich in just the outer wrapper.
i paid, took photos of the messy sandwich cutting boards, and left. this guy either needs discilplinary action or to be fired for lack of clean standards.
