The girl in morning time, she was so rude and didn’t know how to serve, and gave my food with no bag and trow it like it’s a trash.

I asked for a cup of hot water along with my sub and the girl literally rolled her eyes at me and slammed down a plastic cup and directed me to get water at the machine.. It was so rude that even the other customer in the store said something. I am amazed at how bad customer service in Vancouver has become. Something needs to change!

The overall food was not so good but specifically an old indian guy was very rude. He treats me very badly. However, one of the staff members was very supportive and talked politely.

Quick and friendly service. Cleaner tables than expected for this area. No complaints
The service was ok I had to tell the guy what was in the receipe but after eating there last night with my girlfriend I got violently I'll.. throwing up all night I'm not sure if it was old food as the meatballs tasted weird or if it was just clean but I would avoid this location if you don't want to get sick.

I went to this subway at rush hour and their was this guy probably the owner I asked I simple question related to my order and he replied in a very arrogant manner, if you don’t know how to handle the crowd get some responsible crew members or be polite to the customer if they ask something.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Gurkirat at Subway, and I must say that his service was exceptional. Gurkirat was incredibly polite, efficient, and attentive to detail. He made sure my order was perfect and even took the time to ensure everything was exactly how I liked it. It’s clear that Gurkirat takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend visiting this Subway location, especially if Gurkirat is there to assist you. Keep up the great work!

The Subway restaurant at Canada Place Cruise Terminal in Vancouver offers a convenient dining option for travelers and locals alike. Located at a bustling hub, it caters to a diverse crowd, from cruise passengers to business professionals and tourists exploring the city's waterfront.
One of the standout features of this Subway is its efficient service. Given its location, the staff is accustomed to handling a high volume of customers, and they do so with commendable speed and professionalism. Even during peak times, the line moves quickly, ensuring that customers can grab a meal without significant delays.
The quality of the food is consistent with what one expects from the Subway brand. The ingredients are fresh, with crisp vegetables and a variety of breads baked daily. The selection of meats, cheeses, and condiments provides ample customization options, allowing customers to tailor their sandwiches to their liking. The restaurant also offers a range of healthy choices, including salads and wraps, which is a plus for health-conscious diners.
The seating area, while limited, is clean and well-maintained. Given the high foot traffic, it can get crowded, but the turnover is generally quick. The staff keeps the dining area tidy, and tables are promptly cleared and wiped down.
The location within Canada Place is another highlight. Patrons can enjoy scenic views of the harbor and mountains while dining. The restaurant's proximity to various attractions, including the Vancouver Convention Centre and FlyOver Canada, makes it an ideal spot for a quick meal.
Overall, the Subway at Canada Place Cruise Terminal provides a reliable and convenient dining experience. Whether you're in a hurry to catch a cruise or simply exploring the area, this Subway offers a quick, tasty, and affordable meal option.
