Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference. Mehak made my sandwich with so much care and attention. She washed her hands before putting on gloves, greeted me with a warm smile, and even took a moment to have a friendly chat while preparing my order. The sandwich itself was amazing, but what stood out most was her positive attitude and professionalism. Keep it up, team — it’s employees like Mehak who make the experience so much better!

Me and my girlfriend I’m African American my Girlfriend is Filipino . 3 people before us no problem they ordered there food and payed for it . Me and my Girlfriend went to get a footlong . We asked for tuna sub with bacon . She made us pay for are sub before we added are toppings . Then after we paid when I asked for toppings she said we had to pay extra on top of what we paid . We asked her why Did no one else have to pay before they made there sub. Her name was kumna I believe

I’ve tried contacting the store manager several times but haven’t received a response to this day.

On June 12, I ordered a sub on my way to work. However, when I arrived, it wasn’t there. The staff informed me that someone else had already picked it up. It was clear she hadn’t checked the person’s name or verified the order receipt.

I was already running late for work, but instead of prioritizing my order, she chose to help one of her regular customers who arrived after me. She clearly recognized him and as soon as he walked in, began engaging with him, asking if he was getting his usual and started preparing his sub immediately. She only began making mine after his was in the oven waiting to be heated.

What frustrated me most was that she didn’t offer an apology. There was no “sorry,” just a casual, “Oh, I gave it to someone else. I’ll make it now.”

Having worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years, I understand how challenging customer service can be and I’m usually very understanding. But there is a basic standard of service that should always be met. Apologizing; even if you don’t personally feel at fault (which is not in this case) or promptly correcting a mistake is a very simple, professional gesture. Wouldn’t you agree?

I usually don’t complain or leave negative reviews but I felt it was important to share this feedback as I genuinely enjoy visiting this location.

I hope this helps improve the experience for future customers and I look forward to a more positive visit next time.

I must say, I’m genuinely impressed with the new bowl they’ve started using. Unlike those from other companies, it holds up well without going soggy, preserving the flavor and texture of the food.
The customer service was also commendable — the staff were polite, gentle, and maintained proper hygiene while serving.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

My son got a sub here on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025 and recieved a snarky attitude about wanting a few extra veggies in his sub, (a few more pickles & onions as she only put on 4 slices for a foot long). And the fountain machine was very watery. She also wouldn't accept an e-gift as payment even though this branch has accepted this form of payment 2 other times we have been there. The service rep was rude and impatient.
