Visited during my lunch break and was really looking forward to it as I hadn’t been to Subway in ages and the veggie patty is a favourite of mine. Sadly, my experience was disappointing. One thing you should expect from Subway is fresh bread and a selection but there were only two options available, multigrain or white. I chose multigrain, and despite the sandwich being toasted, the bread and patty was cold and extremely dry, to the point where I needed water with every bite. On a positive note, the cookie was lovely, and the staff were decent enough.

Went around 6pm the worker was cleaning the glass, I came and stood there looking at her and asked for service she just kept cleaning so I waited thinking she will just clean the one part first and get back to it, but she decides to just keep going to the next one, so I waited and then she started to wipe the cash register and around it, then clean the pop machine. Never acknowledged I was there, she looked right at me couple times and then she just decides to slowly walk around the to the counter then decides to wipe down the cutting board with the same cleaning cloth. I'm sorry that is not sanitary and just bad service.

A very pathetic customer service , the employees don’t know how to respond to a complaint . A small complaint can be tackled by speaking nicely . But the employee out here started yelling in front of all the customers disrespecting a person in front of whole mall . Really disappointed

Rude and unhygienic staff don’t know how to deal with customers. Asked for extra sauce and she refused. One of the staff members was on break, after finishing her meal she wiped off her used tray with napkin and put the same dirty tray on counter for customers.
