Terrible service. So I'm standing there and I ordered the bread that I like, the Sandwich Artist grabs the bread out of the heater puts it aside turns to me and said I'm sorry we don't have that bread and looks at me straight face. We make eye contact and I think maybe that'll change it, and I keep looking at her. Nope she says we do not have bread and yet it's sitting right there on the counter. To add more to the insult, she was drinking water. Which is fine and of itself but don't do it while the customer is asking you to make their food, you do not do that until you are done with the customer and until you are out of paying view. You do not eat any food or drink anything while on the floor. That is how it works. And sadly the bread was stale as well, adding insult to injury.
UPDATE: So it's been a few months, but I went back to see how they've improved, this morning I was served by a different staff member and the service was just as horrendous as before. This place needs to go completely out of business this is insulting to the brand cuz I held it at higher standards this is in the barrel now, the staff member was barely awake to help me, they didn't know where anything was, they weren't sure of any of the questions that I asked them, they didn't know how to work the machine, and maybe some of this is not their fault maybe they're just throwing in here and they do it cuz they don't have a backbone to say anything. But I actually happened to think this is not a hired person it's just a family member who's in pressure to do the job by the parents that are shoving them in there to do the job because they don't want to pay someone to do the job properly and they don't even know how to train anyone nor do they care. This is the problem with franchises any person can buy one and pretend like they think they know something. Just cuz you have a white coat does not make you a chef. Just please close your location and put everybody out of their misery. MINUS STARS!!!!

Hard working owner, felt like home. Best subway experience in whole downtown
They just did upgrades to the resturants sitting area, and when I asked why, they just replied with a smile.Either way, it was a nice place to take the kids for a quick dinner that is loaded with veggies.

The best advice I can give for this location is to check ahead before you order and make sure that the women are working. At the risk of sounding like a misogynistic freak the man who work there can't make a sound which or a salad for that matter. If the men are working you can guarantee that sauces and toppings will be skimpy. They also seem to be lazier than the females and don't prepare the food properly so often you get wilted lettuce. They also skim on the more expensive ingredients like if you order spinach instead of lettuce for your salad they will give you lettuce instead and conveniently forget the spinach.
