Very friendly staff, the guy there always recognizes me and gives me a free drink.

I was here supposedly while waiting for the car shop beside it. Ordered breakfast combo of small sandwich and coffee. I have a Subway membership. I was never asked and when paid I was told it’s already over, next time. There’s also a comprehension issue that made a confusion to my order that was later corrected. For that, I had to leave a low 3* review.

It's a Subway franchise. Clean shop, food is fresh, all the basics done right.
But the guy behind the counter (franchise owner?) was what made the visit noteworthy (in a good way).
He was very friendly with the customer ahead of me - in the best, neighbourly kind of sense - they were chatting about winter tires... All Season vs. All Weather...
He was professional and friendly with me as well while taking my order & payment.
And then, AFTER I'd finished eating, he swung by to remind me that refills on the fountain drinks were free, and to help myself.
Seemed to sincerely care about the customer experience and adding value to my visit.
Service and attitude like that stood out to me, caught my attention, and I wanted to mention my positive experience.

Great experience . The front staff is really good. Very kind, humble and responsive. It’s 11 AM on a Thursday morning and the Man at the front was so good, made my day a lil warmer, if you’re reading this. Thank You sir. Respect.

Atmosphere was completely off. Don't know who just made my sandwich but I'm so grossed out I'm leaving a review whole walking home. I didn't catch her name but she's working at this location at 6:09 pm Sept 14th 2025. She was clearly SICK, super sniffly, and while making my sandwich she would take her glove off, wipe her runny nose THEN PUT THE SAME GLOVE BACK ON. I was absolutely flabbergasted but too scared to say anything. She was playing in her phone when I came in. I'm not all about masking or anything but if you're SNIFFLING ON MY FOOD PLEASE WEAR ONE WHILE MAKING MY FOOD AT LEAST. I don't want your snot on my sub, I can't afford a new one,and I wasn't about to start a fight with her asking her to restart. so I guess I get to eat a booger sub tonight because it's that or starve, lucky me.

I don’t eat at any other Subway, I have never found the food to be consistent or the patronage to be appreciated. Sunny however is very different. He’s an owner that greets you with a warm hello, treats you well, his ingredients are fresh, his store is immaculate. He really seems to care, and that’s why I go here. Thanks Sunny!

My daughter wanted subway so I ordered her a 6” BMT.
The person working there did not look like she wanted to be there and was a bit impatient as I navigated the toppings with my 6 year old.
When it came time to pay I tapped then realized the bill was $12. That seemed high for a 6” so I asked and was told I ordered double meat. For a 6 year old??
She then turned away and started talking to another customer.
My daughter had 4 bites. That’s a hefty per bite cost 🤣.
Won’t be back.

I actually don’t like leaving bad reviews. Never have before.

I ordered 3 veg sub 20 minutes before closing. As i always go to this location because of good and friendly service.The girl served me quick and was friendly, it was clean atmosphere.

Been here plenty of times. Very nice lady serving behind the counter. Although we both forgot to grab the chips I paid for and left a couple of weeks ago.

Wow, the owner is so attentive and charismatic! The space was extremely clean and the washroom. He even came to my table and asked if I needed more sugar or cream :) Asked how my day was, and the sandwich was delicious and inexpensive. Good job!

Asked if I could make a purchase to use the washroom, then they said they didn't have a washroom
Left, could see the unisex washroom in the window
Literally could of said yes to he purchase and increased daily sales just so I could go take a piss but nah, luckily McDonald's up the street is kinder.
Only going to the knight street subway for anything since they actually give a damn about a customer

We dined in and noticed they advertise “Coffee served all day long” and that the price was good but when we arrived there was not coffee in the machine and the employee just said there was none..(?) ❌ i’d appreciate if they’d have made the effort to turn the machine on, weather is rainy and cold outside and some people may prefer coffee instead of a cold fountain drink. Sub were okay, though and there was one washroom open and available. 🚻✅
