We dined in and noticed they advertise “Coffee served all day long” and that the price was good but when we arrived there was not coffee in the machine and the employee just said there was none..(?) ❌ i’d appreciate if they’d have made the effort to turn the machine on, weather is rainy and cold outside and some people may prefer coffee instead of a cold fountain drink. Sub were okay, though and there was one washroom open and available. 🚻✅

I placed an online order and when I arrived at pick up time the staff had not yet even started on my order, went to go wait out in the car, came back in and the staff had still to yet start and was on her phone

Amazing experience! We collected a mobile order today and the service we received upon collection was above and beyond. The staff member preparing our order was friendly, explained how he numbered the sandwiches and confirmed our order. Highly recommend this location!!

Terrible customer service and rude, Lita who was working at the time insisted that I order subway incorrectly and was unprofessional, also was not able to understand what I wanted and kept retorting in a rude manner that I should not speak so fast. Not only that but had to wait 10 minutes to start my order due to Lita not understanding how the membership works with a customer in front of me. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a subway restaurant.

I want to give a shout out to Sunny for his outstanding customer service. He has an incredible memory and remembers what my husband and I usually order, even if it’s been months since I’ve last seen him. He also takes the time to get to know his customers personally and always remembers the smallest details you tell him. This isn’t just my experience, he seems to know a good majority of the customers. I also appreciate that he always offers add on’s (extra meet, cheese, guac) and tells you about the new items and daily specials. If he’s not the owner, he should be!
Had an issue with the app when ordering and it still charged me but didnt put my order through i went to the store and spoke with an employee and she didnt know what to do due to lack of training, she contacted the franchise owner to come speak to me when he finally arrived 25 minutes later he asked me what the problem was and after i spoke around 3 words he began to cut me off while talking telling me its not his problem when i insisted he began to swear at me and threatened to call the police. Because the app had an issue i was never provided with an order number which is required to request a refund on their website and there is no way of contacting them otherwise by phone or a listed email to request a refund.

My son and I have gone in every Monday night after hockey for the last 4 months. Every time we come in Sparsh remembers our order and also remembers our hockey score from last week. My son and I look forward to going to Subway every week and it’s been a wonderful part of our weekly tradition. Thanks again Sparsh.

Took my wife and baby this morning. Place was clean and food was fresh. I believe the person taking our order was the owner as he gave my baby a free cookie.Thanks, we enjoyed the food!
I don't understand how 20% is a suggested tip at their cash register when they serve mushy tomatoes soaking in a vat of their own juices, with equally mushy brown lettuce.All their produce looked like complete hell to be honest.

THEY CHANGED THE RECIPE OF THE MEATBALLS THE MEATBALLS HAVE PORK IN THEM im allergic to garbage so for two years subway has lied about the meatballs i stopped asking 6 months ago cause all the workers i went through told me its just beef all the sudden one comes forward and says they have pork in them disgusting thank you to the worker but disgusting that subway never informed anyone about ittt
