The worst subway branch I’ve visited so far. The customer service was extremely poor. Employees were talking and laughing in their own language ignoring the customers. There was no expression of gratitude while attending me and it felt like they were angry at me.(no smile at all). Next was the portion size of food, small. The people attending me were females and I think one of them is called Aman (badge name) as the other lady was calling her. You guys really need to improve on how to deal with your customers.

The app messed up my order and the sweet girls working were able to help in an understanding manner ??
The owner of this franchise is apparently very cheap. They haven't brewed coffee forever because the machine is broken. The bathroom is permanently closed because the staff say the "flusher" is broken.
So the poor staff have no way to use the bathroom? Doesn't this go against local regulations for providing bathrooms to customers?
Don't tip here. The owner will likely keep the tips but won't even spend money fixing the place.

The food and service is always on point at this location. HOWEVER, I do wish the girls with her hair down would put her hair up and a hat on like the other employees do because it’s really long and it’s definitely going to get in the food!

Very bad customer service, I went in to pick my online order , the girl Archie named left my order which she was making and started making another order of a customer that just came in. No greetings to customer as well. Racist people.

While ordering my food today. The young lady worker was alone and had online orders coming and I was the only guest. I had to order 4 sandwiches for my friends and made my order. In the midst of making my order, an older sad man came in and was extremely rude to her for making my order that was already half done, instead of pushing him ahead and scolded her for not knowing he had a bad back and believed he deserved everything handed to him in a silver platter above others, and insisted to bully her for doing the job she was trained to do. I tried to stand up for her but he gave me the middle finger and told me to leave and continued bullying her instead of making his order.
I would just like to say that her composure and professionalism throughout the entire chaotic ordeal was outstanding and that I send my kudos to her and apologies for causing more dismay than he already was pursuing to her relentlessly
