Everytime I go to this subway, they always seem to be out of ingredients so I end up leaving without food, waste of time walking to this location. Worst subway ever.

No matter how hard I try to order from this Subway, nothing ever comes as ordered. Salads are really small on ingredients, Subs and sandwiches are squished and soggy. I ordered Salt & vinegar chips and got Sweet Chili & Sour Cream...cus they were out of S&V!!! Have not had good food from this location..

Had a wonderful experience at this location lately. Have tried their food before at the same location but it seems to be more improved and Harshdeep made the sandwich delicious.

The employee was lazy and unprofessional, moving painfully slow. He lied about the griller not working, even though it was clearly on. His customer service skills were nonexistent, making the visit frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. The date was March 13/2025 at around 3:00 Pm.

Made a mistake on the app when ordering. As the employee put the sauce I didn’t want, I told her if she could make a new one. Eventually she did and I was very grateful.
Filthy location. Often a creepy south asian man harassing women in the parking lot from his car. Worst.

Serving stale food to customer. It was Looks like the owner doesn’t care about his restaurant. 3-4 Customers were waiting for food and he didn’t care about them. He was busy doing his own work. Worst experience ever.

Really worst experience. I am wondering, how the store is still running with so many bad reviews. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway location . The service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in their work. The food was poorly prepared, with ingredients carelessly thrown together, also stale bread and making the sandwich unappetizing. This level of service reflects poorly on the brand and is unacceptable. I won’t be returning. After providing numbers of requests that please made this way, still he was rude and shown anger and give sub without folding in proper manner.

Went there today around 7.30pm ordered 3 sandwiches. Guy that work there is full of attitude. Needs to learn how to greet customers. He was very rude .

I came in to this location, I had to use the washroom, the manager let me in as it needs a buzzer, as I was in the washroom for 2 minutes, I hear the door buzz, and a middle aged man walked in, to where I told him to get out, when I finished and asked the manger what happened, he was very rude and said next time don’t come here. Didn’t say sorry or take any responsibility, was very rude for no reason, there could of been a child or woman in that washroom, very dangerous
They close early every day so if it says it’s open til 10 it’s actually open until 9 and If it says 9 it’s probably closed by 6
