I just went to this store to eat, and I ended up leaving without ordering anything. Terrible customer service, the girl who attended me seemed annoyed and was making faces. I won't go back to that Subway.

This location is usually one of my favourites except today when i went there was a worker named sonia and she was very rude. When I asked for smashed avocado on my sandwich she gave me attitude by grunting and rolling her eyes. I tried to scan my app and it wasn’t working she got visibly annoyed and impatient when it wasn’t working. The worst part was that when she was making my sandwich she kept sniffling and she wasn’t even wearing a mask. When i bit into my food the steak was cold because she only put it in the toaster for a few seconds. This employee should either be heavily trained for providing better customer service or be let go.

Worse service from the girl who was working today at 830pm she has so much attitude I’m surprised the owner is even employing individuals like her. No customer service skills what’s so ever. The quality of fresh product is not there the lettuce is brown there is fruit flies everywhere seems like the prep cooler isn’t even working tuna looked like it was a blob of yogurt. Stay away from this location

This place is awful the employees do not want to be there and it shows 100% in their body language. I ordered a salad and got less than a handful of lettuce and 2 tomatoe slices cut 4 ways. The salad was pathetic. The girl was not listening to anything I said. Why is this place still open?
They use stale bread from the previous day. It tastes horrible and crumbles in your fingers when you try to eat. Not sure about the meat and veggies but if they give you old bread, i cant imagine how old everything else is.
The employees have so much attitude and terrible customer service. It is as if they are mad at you for giving them business. I try my best to avoid this location. I hope I saved someone from a bad experience.

What a horrible location. 0 customer service. No care in the world for making a sandwich, I don’t expect royal treatment. But the person working made the sandwich with no care, the bread looked either way over done, or not done at all, sandwich was barely cut and just thrown together.

Had a wonderful takeout experience here on the subway app. Ordered a veggie delite with extra veggies and it was indeed very loaded with lots of fresh and crunchy veggies. Loved it! The sub was delicious!

Just eating here now. The bread is falling apart in my hand. Likely to eat half the sub as I’m so hungry and toss the rest away. I picked the veggies based on what ones didn’t look old and dried up. Went to eat the at sub in their eating area. My arms arms are sticking to the dirty table. Regret coming here for sure.
