WORST LOCATION TO GET SUBWAY IN ALL OF VANCOUVER! I do not lie when I say I’ve never in the 15 years of being a regular for subway ever! EVER! Had subway so awful. Their pretzels are harder than stone, the bread is so hard and stale (I get my bread untoasted so no that wasn’t the issue) and if you’re thinking about ordering the corn and bean side salad; DONT. It’s nothing like the photo, just 3 bites of mostly chopped lettuce and missing all the good ingredients. The workers that made my Skip The dishes Order around 830pm August 21, should quit this job and never make food for paying customers again if they’re going to serve such vile, disgusting, repulsive food. I’ve ordered here before (the pretzel order) and also a sub with flat bread and instead of flat bread they put my sub toppings in a soggy, raw, dried out, cracked to smithereens, brown soggy paper bag of a tortilla. This has to stop. Shut this place down because they put subway to shame. It’s no wonder this location has the lowest rating. I’m almost offended they serve this garbage to humans. Note to the owner, get rid of your staff because they’re a foul disgrace to the company. You’re making sandwiches! It isn’t rocket science. It’s not brain surgery. I work in the restaurant industry as a cook and I wouldn’t dare sell paying customer the garbage that you’ve repeatedly sold me. SHAME ON YOU.
Edit; also side note, stick to wearing hairnets. You aren’t at the club, you’re making food. Definitely did not appreciate the long black hair in my previous order. Yuck!

I made a mobile order of 3 footlong subs via the app, even though the prices were a little bit higher than some other subways stores. I didn’t check immediately after picking up the order, but later I figured the steak and cheese sub I received was probably with the lowest quality of all the subway orders I ever had. My kids were even shocked by how small the sub (the bread, and with minimal stuffing) was. Would never visit again.

Jasleen is the sweetest! She’s got such a pretty face and the kindest smile – makes the whole vibe better. She puts real effort into making the sandwich just right, and you can tell she actually cares. Loved my sandwich, 10/10. Definitely coming back again!

I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to the excellent service from the staff, especially JASLEEN. She was friendly, efficient, and paid close attention to my order, making sure everything was just the way I wanted it. The sandwich was fresh and neatly made, and the whole process was quick and smooth. It’s always nice to be served by someone who clearly takes pride in their work. Great job—I'll definitely be back!

Made a mobile order via the Subway app for pick up. Got home before I realized the wrong bread was used and was not toasted.

Girl making the sandwich didn't seem too pleased or pleasant about being there.

I usually get Subway once every other week at a different location but this one was convenient on the way home - seems to have a lot of negative reviews and I see why.

Amazing Q

Terrible service.
If this store doesn’t want to lose more customers, they seriously need to let go of the short female staff member.
As many other reviews have pointed out, she has no basic manners. She couldn’t understand English properly, yet tried to blame me and correct me as if it were my fault.
She also gave me a very poor portion—I ordered a footlong, but it looked like half of one after a few bites.
Most people come here during work hours to grab lunch. If you don’t want your mood ruined, avoid this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service my friend and I received was unacceptable. The employee was cold and gave us attitude from the start. When we ordered a side of potato rings (which I suppose she hadn’t heard us the first time), she responded with a rude tone, and told us we “should’ve told her earlier if we wanted some” (despite us having already told her we wanted some). When interacting she rolled her eyes and sighed at us a lot to make it known we were inconveniencing her. We felt very uncomfortable the entire time. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing.

I usually enjoy Subway, but my recent visit was really disappointing. I asked to add all the veggies on my sub, but the staff barely added any. Just a few pieces of lettuce, two tomato slices, and a tiny sprinkle of onions. It was like they were rationing every ingredient. What’s the point of “customizing your sandwich” if they barely give you what you ask for? Not worth the money if they’re going to be this stingy. Do better, Subway.
Moreover if you order mobile order they never make subs on time. Very very bad experience

I placed a mobile order 20 minutes ago, but when I went to pick it up, she only then started turning on the grill and said it would take about 10 minutes to preheat. Even though there was enough time between my order and pickup, she hadn’t prepared it. It seems like she doesn’t understand why customers use mobile ordering.
