Worst experience ever at this location. Left the store, furious, and did not end up getting any food. I ordered my food online through their app as a guest. When I came in the store, they told me that they never got my order, I showed them my screen with order Awaiting and eventually took a screenshot. My card has been charged, but they never got the order. They told me to call the customer service for a refund. I said I was running out of time and I have proof of purchase They can just make the sandwich and they refuse to do so and refuse to give me customer service phone number and said they don’t have it. I wasted almost half an hour in the store to sort it out The payment And it was never resolved

I went to david thompson highschool which is close to this subway location (about 10-15 years ago) so we would come to this location for lunch almost every day. Where I live now, i have 2 subway locations much closer than this one, however, i still make the longer commute to come to this one and it's worth it every single time. I normally eat subway atleast 3-4 times a week and have been to many different locations but the service and quality at this location is unmatched. Definitely the best subway location iv ever been to

Wonder how this restaurant can operate without washroom for customers. They don’t allow customers to use the washrooms at night, making an alibi that someone took off with the key, and that it was out of order (even though there wasn’t any sign)—seriously? Not even an area for handwashing! Hope this branch’s permit to operate gets reviewed and revoked as necessary to learn better that they are in the service industry.

Absolutely spectacular experience at this Subway location — I am honestly floored!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest, most genuine smiles I’ve ever seen behind a sandwich counter. The staff here don’t just make sandwiches — they craft edible masterpieces. My footlong felt like it belonged in a five-star restaurant: the veggies were crisp and vibrant, the bread was pillowy perfection, and the meat was stacked with such precision it could make an architect weep.
But the service — oh, the service! The sandwich artist (no exaggeration — they are artists) remembered my name after just one visit and even recommended a custom combo I would’ve never dreamed up myself. It was so delicious I nearly teared up halfway through. They handled every customer with patience and enthusiasm, even during the lunch rush when most places fall apart.
In short: this isn’t just a Subway. This is THE Subway. A shining beacon of sandwich excellence. I’m seriously considering moving closer to this location just to make it my regular spot. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Bravo!
