A guy wearing blue t shirt didn't answer well even didn't replied. He ignored me totally without any reason.
But there was a girl she handled the situation very politely and nicely.

we are so disappointed as today on october 4th, the girl on shift closed the store 40 mins before the actual closing time of the store, her reason was the store was not busy, we went in there thinking that the store would be open, but this makes no sense. I hope it will change in the future.

Went to get a veggie patty footlong but they dont have it so i have to other other sub but when i tell them to grill my sub they said it is not working
Went in during a dinner rush (7pm) and see there’s only one staff member working with a line of 3+ people. Someone (who I’d assume is the manger) was standing there watching her serve customers and snapping his fingers to tell her what to do (also she was going to wash her hands between serving people and you stopped her from doing so?) If you’re not going to sufficiently staff your shop, put on some gloves and get behind the counter to help. Lazy behaviour and poor reflection on you as management. Kudos to the worker who kept her cool under a scrutinizing eye and busy rush.
