Went in during a dinner rush (7pm) and see there’s only one staff member working with a line of 3+ people. Someone (who I’d assume is the manger) was standing there watching her serve customers and snapping his fingers to tell her what to do (also she was going to wash her hands between serving people and you stopped her from doing so?) If you’re not going to sufficiently staff your shop, put on some gloves and get behind the counter to help. Lazy behaviour and poor reflection on you as management. Kudos to the worker who kept her cool under a scrutinizing eye and busy rush.

The lady named harman doesn’t sell gift card. I don’t know why like my friend tried to buy a $10 gift card and she denied her the service and we always buy side of chicken from Subway for our dogs all the time and everybody sells it but every time my friend tries to buy it from her, she denies it. I just don’t understand. Why can’t you sell a simple gift card? Is there a policy not selling a gift card? Update - they gave chicken to my another friend in few minutes after refusing it to my first friend so what can we say about HARMAN guys is harman racist or what . Still cant find out the gift card issue but we bought the chicken

The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly especially Ravneet. While I was waiting for my turn I have seen that how patiently she was handling everything and she was dealing with the customers very nicely. Highly recommended!!

Ask the staff if I can use the washroom, gave excuse that they put in some chemicals to clean. FYI also ask if I purchase then can I use…… again replied they put some chemical. All I wanted to pee and not cook. Lmao.
