The blonde girl with glasses is efficient but I interacted with the other one with pink hair and she was not very friendly, and seemed irritated I asked a question.

Really depends which staff is serving you as some people are nice and efficient and some are rude and awfully slow as if they don't want to acknowledge that you're waiting to get a sandwich.

I finally had an appetite this evening. After several days of being ill. I went in and there was a young woman with long black hair. I believe Indian descent. When I walked in there was nobody else there and before I even reached the counter she was saying something. I didn't make it out until I got closer and she proceeded to tell me it would be at least 15 minutes before she could make a sandwich for me. It was in a tone and it was unclear why. I asked her why she said she had a big online order. I told her I would go to the store across the street and then I'd be back in a couple minutes. I literally came back a couple minutes later and she was serving another customer. Not feeling so great. I wasn't very pleased to see that. In fact, she was done within a few minutes. She started to complain how she's alone and doing everything by herself etc. Not in a space to really hold that for her. I told her yeah we all have trouble and right now I need to have some food. I found her extremely rude incapable of offering professionalism. I even asked her for that and she couldn't get there. I did enjoy my sandwich and I do find the store to be tidy and clean.

They don’t pickup the phone ever. Someone stolen my card and using it there, I tried calling them 10 times but no Answer. If they have picked up my call, we could have catch that guy.

Been trying to call store for an hour to change my online pick up time. They never pick up phone! Never got through😞🤬

We were there today around 1:45pm and the lady working there is super efficient and the sub tasted great. Very fresh. We told her we are late for something and was in a rush and she was so nice to make our subs very quickly. Very good service. Thank you!

In the Subway app, you may be able to choose the Curbside pickup option for this shop, and the information on Google Maps also indicates that the Curbside pickup option is available. However, I was informed over a phone call from this sandwich shop after placing an order that the option was not available. I guess it's because only one person was working at that time and this shop does not have its own parking lot as it is part of the shopping mall. Please be careful.

If i could leave an 8th if a star I would. Asked are your wraps vegan friendly. The lady said i don't know then proceeded to ask her co-worker who had bright fucia hair, who responded with I don't care. Then realized I was standing there, a customer- asking for information, NOT her opinion. Horrible service from a horrid lady.
STAY AWAY.

I walked out. For an older oerson i would have expected a lot better customer service. Apparently, subway employees don't know their products or their customer service.

The staff are good and friendly but they are horribly understaffed and overworked due to cheap ownership. Expect a 15-30 min wait for your “fast food” sub if you go at any main meal time.

The attitude of the girl working there on April 3, 2024 at 9:30 pm was so rude. At 9:30 she don’t let me use the washroom or dine in . The closing time is 10pm. It was my Worst subway experience ever.

Worst subway I’ve ever visited. There’s an Indian girl who’s always closing and never accepts order after 9:40 (they close at 10) she is so rude and never greets customers. If they don’t wanna accept order they should lock the door or turn off that open light.

Simply put, the customer service is the worst and extremely rude. I have been to several Subways and I have never had any problems, let alone this type of service.
