Late opening than it says on the door! It’s say 8:00
At 8:15 the lady doesn’t want to open the door yet and it’s cold! Second time experience I have to run to A&W instead of waiting coz I need it for my daughter’s lunch box! When I came back to my car shes still not ready yet??! Sorry.. very disappointed..

Irresponsible staff , poor customer service

Very disappointing experience.
I visited this Subway recently with my siblings, and despite the restaurant being completely empty, we were made to wait around 15 minutes before being served. During that time, the two staff members(girls) were busy talking to each other in their own language and repeatedly using abusive or inappropriate words, which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Customer service was extremely poor, and no effort was made to acknowledge or apologize for the delay. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to staff.

Not sure if this is fake advertising says you’re buy a subway sandwich and get 50% off the next one same day if you order online went through the process ordered online and the shop wouldn’t give me a second one for 50% off the app doesn’t work properly so I left with one sandwich checked before you purchase anything here it’s not what it seems. The app isn’t more trouble than it’s worth

Service at this location was weird. The guy serving me didn’t greet me at all, was kinda rude and seemed bothered by having to make another sandwich. After I told him what I wanted he put cheese on without asking me what kind (different one then I wanted but I didn’t care much) at the til didn’t ask if I wanted a meal or anything and then tossed over my sandwich without a bag. Victoria drive location had much better service

The lady that works their got my whole order wrong would not recommend.

Edit: They put cucumbers in my sandwich , I AM ALLERGIC TO CUCUMBERS I AM ON A HOSPITAL BED RIGHT NOW, please if you want to live don’t go too this subway.

P.S. I told them I was allergic to peanuts by call since they don’t accept notes on DoorDash and they still got it wrong.

You can tell this location is under new management. If you thought service was poor before with the lady with pink hair, it has declined even further. My first online order was missing bacon and overall the customer service feels less friendly, more transactional and less attentive than it used to be.
