I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. I’ve lived in this area for over 20 years, and unfortunately, the problems at this store have been consistent the entire time. Corporate really needs to step in and evaluate how this establishment is being run.
The staff here are consistently rude and seem to look for excuses to charge extra for almost everything. Today was the final straw for me. After my workout, I stopped by, and the employee behind the counter not only treated me disrespectfully but also made unnecessary personal comments. When I called out his rude behavior toward another customer, he responded with unprofessional remarks like “What do you know about running a business? I have two in India, I just work here.” He even mocked me for arriving on a scooter—completely irrelevant and insulting.
It’s not about what I drive or what I wear. It’s about basic respect and professionalism. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, regardless of appearance. This kind of behavior has gone unchecked for far too long, and it reflects very poorly on the Subway brand.
I truly hope corporate reviews this location because the staff here clearly need a reality check and proper training.
