Tried one with my friend here, and we both were very satisfied with the sandwich and service. I am afraid I might get her name wrong though (Nandia) I felt comfortable and enjoyed it a lot. Sometimes, a small space gives an awkward mood even without music. But I will come back there definitely. (I usually go to the Alberni one though I might change my goto please to here)

Is this a restaurant or a homeless shelter? The (very limited) customer seating was taken up by people sleeping and/or charging their phones, none of whom ordered any food. No effort made by staff to remove them. I guess management isn’t interested in their paying customers being able to eat.

Now I visited this store and ordered a vegi salad bowl.she added a low quantity of veggies and sauces.I don't like her customer service.if the customer pay full ,why she given low quantity of food.very bad experience

I can into the restaurant and was not greeted by employee. He continued his back room tasks while I called out and asked if they’re open. The sign says open 24/7. I know he can hear me but continued to ignore me until he felt like coming up to the counter. Then he has an attitude towards me for asking him to serve my order. Finally after I place an order he says he can’t use the toaster because it’s cleaning yet the toaster is just sitting wide open not being cleaned or running any sort of cleaning cycle. He then says it’s cold meat or eat somehwere else as an ultimatum. This is the epitome of bad customer service. I would never hire this guy to work at my business.

Went There And i asked To employee sir where is Wash room And he said !! Its only For costmers i was like You know man that i have empty pocket !! Or you know how much money I have With me !!!! i feelt so bad like Which type of the behaviour They are serving to costmers Totlly rubbish . If this Is policy by Store owner you guys should atleast have some humanity If The employee just made by himself just not to clean wash room Than i can gurentee With this type of mind set You will be cleaing Wash room for rest of your life

Out of every subway I've ordered from in the past 5 years this one is got to be the best. The guy that served me was amazing. So patient and kind. I was not really sure what I wanted and he waited until I told him. Everything was so fresh and actually tasted like food.Plus the place was so clean including the bathroom. Which you never see at a subway.The only thing I didn't like was the homeless guy. Sleeping at the table at the window where I like to eat. I got stuck at a broken table with a broken chair. Someone needs to fix that table and chair.

Lame Attitude of the brown ladies working here is above the sky, dont know what they think of themselves, i wanted to laugh so bad after seeing the wierd things they were doing, wanna be white, i was laughing at their fake accent. The staff needs to get changed, i have read other views and many people are not happy with their rude behaviour towards customers. I wanted to eat in peace and silence, they were chatting so loud. I had Worst experience over here.
