A really horrible experience today as I came to have a meal and do some work on my laptop and I was asked to leave by the staff there, as she had received a message from the manager Monica Sharma to do so. I am a regular there and have meals almost daily at that place. This is shows pathetic customer relationship management and poor staff training on Subway's side.

I got charged twice on their card machine and they couldn’t refund me the second charge and said talk to customer service. Haven’t been able to reach it poor services and never going to subway again.

Staff your store properly
I was getting food here at 9:30 pm cause I was hungry and the lady was hard to understand and was not happy barely talked , way to put a smile on for your customers, overall terrible service seriously, I’ve never had this type of service at subway

The girl working was too busy talking on her phone while i was trying to order , i had to repeat myself ,when i mentioned it to her , she got super mad at me , told me a story about how she had to clean the bathroom and she hadnt eaten today ...not my problem i just wanted a cold cut combo. Finally i got fed up and left ... i work in customer service and if i was on my phone talking to a guest , id be fired immediately. If you cant get thru an 8 hour shift without talking on your phone , go work at a call centre !

The staff of this subway in particular go over and above every single time. I work in a local building and they remember my name, my order and it's perfect every time I highly recommend them!

Great experience at Subway! Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and customizable sandwiches. Prices are reasonable. Only downside was a slight wait during peak hours. 4/5 stars. Recommended!

Multitasking was witnessed at this location in peak hour. I thought i’ll have to wait much longer but that girl in specs (i think her name tag said Sandy, but not sure) was super impressive. She deserves a raise lol!

I stopped by Subway for a quick bite and ended up having a genuinely pleasant experience thanks to Sandy. She was polite, efficient, and handled everything with such a calm, professional attitude. My sandwich was made perfectly!!✨

I visited this store with a friend around 5:30 in evening today. We wanted to dine in but none of the tables were clean enough to sit. The one we particularly wanted to sit at was dirty and we asked the employee to clean it for us (very politely) but to our surprise, her reply was - “ you sit at any other table “ . When we told her the rest of the tables were no cleaner than the others, she went and within less than 30 seconds returned telling us the tables were clean enough.

I visited this location with my friend today for lunch, and we asked the server there to clean the table because there was literally lettuce on the table and she asked us to sit somewhere else whichever table we find clean and the other tables were sticky and they were of no help they just asked us to clean it ourselves if we want to sit on that specific table instead of helping us it was terrible customer service and we just left there and ate our food outside because they were not hospitable.

With Subway you know what you should be getting every time so why are they all so very different? For me it comes down to the staff and the service.
I had an early breakfast here. Went for the bacon and egg footlong with cheese, toasted then with fresh tomatoes, pickles and the BBQ sauce. It's always difficult to reheat eggs and bacon, so was it perfect? No. If you want that cook it yourself at home. It was as expected but for the price, great value for money and a filling breakfast when you are on the run. Much better than the breakfast footlongs I've had in the UK.
Although the shop is quite small it was clean, toilet was clean, soap in the dispenser and everything worked. Window seating with bench that had phone charging points which was a nice touch.
The staff were polite and helpful, even if they couldn't always understand my English accent!
I was happy enough with it to go back for a late lunch of a footlong steak and cheese with BBQ sauce and all the trimmings which looked and tasted as fresh as my morning visit.
I would be very happy to visit again.
