I went in about 10 minutes before close, the lights were still on, the door was unlocked and the open sign turned on. I was promptly told they were closing and would not be served. I understand shutting stuff down and starting to close things down before close, however you should still be able to prepare orders.

First time I have ever got disappointed with Subway 5628 Main St 1:15 Pm Today 8th of October. I needed the restroom key to only clean my hands however the girl at the counter said its only for Customers and I replied may be i will order and i just needed only for cleaning my hands and walked out coz i Didnt want her to make my Sub and Now i am heading towards Subway at National and main st
I have never had such a bad experience from anyone like that not even subway
I worked in a customer service never said like that to anyone
And i was feeling bad coz people were having their food and there was lined up
Short little asian girl dont know her name
Please give her proper training how to treat customer

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member was rude and spoke inappropriately, which made the visit uncomfortable. I also asked for salt and pepper, but they were unavailable. To top it off, the washrooms were out of order. I expected better service and basic amenities.

Orderd the new pepperoni and cheese 12" they gave me 3 slices of pepperoni 2 slices of cheese and it came as a 6". Argued with me about the size and said it was a footlong cause they had used a 12 flat bread.
End of story the staff isn't trained on how to make their new items specially at this location wouldn't advise comming to this one.
