Attempted to order through the skip app. on two separate occasions my order was cancelled as restaurant was unresponsive. First time I didn't think much of it, could have been busy, decided to give them another chance. Both orders were placed between 9am and 10am on a weekday. Would recommend the Subway on Main for skip orders.reading some of the reviews it looks like a lot of customers had experience of missing ingredients or orders not fulfilled. I hope management reads these and the front end staff don't just get all the negativity.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this location even for once. The staff is so unprofessional. The guy over there had AirPods during the shift and was showing unnecessary attitude. No customer service Such a shady place and this location is worst in whole metro Vancouver area.

Subway and Uber ripped me off they couldn't find my address.They.also took the money out of my visa I hope.they put it back in there.???????

Sometimes people make mistakes on orders, but I’ve never seen a Subway screw up a base. If turkey and avocado was devoid of avocado, then maybe you should call it a turkey sandwich instead. As already mentioned though, they only have one flavour of fountain drinks and the drinks are 90% water. Sauce is also basically nonexistent and service is terrible. Probably close to if not the worst Subway in Canada.

Excellent customer service, i would like to especially thank Sandy for an above and beyond experience. The vegetables were fresh, meat was flavourful, abd i was treated with above average service, so ethi g i will not forget.Go out of your way to visit this location, they do it right.

Definitely the worst subway I've ever been to. Employee was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I told her she made the wrong order for me (Made a veggie delight when I said veggie patty) put cheese on my order without asking and seemed visibly angry when I found it hard to hear her.The dining area looked in much need of a clean too, I didn't dine in though so I only saw it while waiting.My experiences with the Subway on Cambie St have been much better. I think I'll stick with those guys from now on.

One word: AVOID. I've been eating a lot of subways this year, and among the dozen branches i visited, this is BY FAR the worst subway i've been to in terms of service and food quality. For dinner last night, I ordered 4 chicken bacon ranch melt subs using the Subway mobile app. The app stated it would be ready 15 minutes. But the time I got there at exactly 15 minutes or so, the staff person was not done until after another 15 minutes wait. They didn't apologize for the wait. The person there said they were missing many of the ingredients, so instead of my original order, they just subbed it with Sweet Chicken No Onion Teriyaki. (They ran out of onions) i OK'd it. Big mistake. The Subway they replaced it with was bland and flavorless, and a lot of the ingredients and sauces i originally asked for were missing or they put very little of. Plus they didn't offer to compensate me for the inconvenience and the price difference of the cheaper chicken teriyaki sub instead of my bacon chicken ranch that i prepaid for. (I did not check my order by the time i got home and didn't want to drive all the way back for them to fix it.) I asked to order something else when i was there, but they flat out refused because they needed an hour to "clean up". I'm calling BS on this excuse because there was another hour before closing time. Business hours should be business hours and they should still take orders 'till closing time. It's really off putting for the customer! On top of this, note that compared to other subways in the area, a lot of their prices are slightly higher than other subway which stings a little more.TL;DR With higher prices, mediocre subway sandwiches, and slow, indifferent service, this visit was unacceptable. Even lying to the customer about cleaning an hour before closing time thus not accepting ANY orders. (i know we're in the middle of a pandemic, but is that even normal to refuse orders an hour before closing time!?) I will never return to this Subway branch again. A well deserved one star.

Worst thing about this place is that my meatballs were cold, even after toasting. It was as if it came straight from the fridge. Normally, the meatballs are hot. I visit Subway frequently, and this location was the only place that this had occurred. The rims of the bins containing the veggies were also covered in frost. Extremely unsatisfied, and probably the worst Subway location I've visited.

This one is pretty bad. Lots of the employees here are painfully slow. I just watched the employee put coldcut slices on one at a time. Took almost 3 minutes lol.
