Rude staff. The male at the front is incredibly rude and aggressive. I've never felt such an unsafe environment at a Safeway before. I will take this up with corporate. In the meantime, go down a few blocks and you will visit a much better Subway with friendly staff.

Of all the subways in all of Vancouver this subway is truly and without a doubt the closest to my house. Also they do a good job. There are Def worse locations in the franchise.

Worst Subway Experience Ever!I’ve been to many Subway locations around the world, but this one takes the prize for the worst experience ever. The food quality was abysmal, with wilted vegetables and meats that seemed past their prime. What’s worse, the staff he appeared to be under the influence of something, making the entire encounter uncomfortable and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and seek a different dining option.

Avoid at All Costs: Fake Subway, Real Disaster!My experience at this fake Subway was utterly disappointing. Not only was the food subpar, but the (He)crew seemed completely out of it, as if they were high on something. The sandwiches were sloppily made, ingredients were stale, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. It's a shame to see such a renowned brand misrepresented like this. Steer clear unless you want a taste of disappointment and questionable service.

Ordered 30 min ahead online, came in and the lady didn't even have it ready. Didn't even apologize or knew about the order. We were the only customers at the time. What is the point of ordering in advance, if we have to wait 10min after coming in. Disappointing service. Also what is up with the tip selection for take out.

THEY CHANGED THE RECIPE OF THE MEATBALLS THE MEATBALLS HAVE PORK IN THEM im allergic to garbage so for two years subway has lied about the meatballs i stopped asking 6 months ago cause all the workers i went through told me its just beef all the sudden one comes forward and says they have pork in them disgusting thank you to the worker but disgusting that subway never informed anyone about it

The male server, got aggressive and in my face when I asked for extra spinach on my veggie sandwich. He started to curse me out and even threatened me with physical violence after jumping from behind the counter and getting in my face. Will go back to talk to management.
