I've tried giving them so many chances, but they don't seem to improve. Their bread is always stale and is never heated properly. They are very stingy with the veggies and meat, I've to ask them so many times to add more. Their service on top of that is very rude, can't believe even the owner treats the customers like that and gossip about them in front of others. They wouldn't even give me my birthday cookie. I wouldn't be coming back after this experience.

The portions of meat and toppings are too small for the price paid, and it feels unfair not to receive what’s deserved for the amount spent.
The staff wasn't very helpful, and when I asked why they gave me the less portion of meat, they said it wasn't their decision—apparently, the owner of the Subway told them to do it that way.
I guess owner is trying to save money by serving less portions to customers, and taking more money than he deserves.
I strongly ask my friends not to visit this location to teach the owner a lesson. Thank you.
I have checked the reviews and it’s just not me who is complaining as many other people who had the same issue .
And then I mean by less portion exactly know how much portion does subway put in their sandwich as i eat it every other day .

No matter how great offer’s you offer to attract customers when the staff is pathetic offer’s doesn’t matter ! It was my first week at office and very stressful day visited to get a subway on break. But staff at sub made more worst! And the sub they didn’t even add any sauce even after asking them! I literally paid $14 just for a piece of bread with few different veggies and final product was litter ! Never going to visit again .

This is my favourite subway: courteous staff, sandwiches are neatly made (not messy), it’s fast and the order is always right. This is not the case at all with other Subway stores.

Watched them put out of date, old lettuce on the sandwich like it was completely normal, rather than take 2 mins to throw the old stuff away and get a new batch. So gross & I won’t be back here. Should have said to them at the time but why should I have to?!

Multiple Indian employees all speaking very loud in Hindi, in spite that they are all capable of speaking English. Canada is an English speaking country.

I went there for the first and only time) today, as I happen to be working in the area. Sandwich is ok, but worst service. Theyb don't appear to want to be there (3 female staff). I really dislike poor service. It's not the customer's fault you are there. If you don't like it, find something else. If you can't find anything else, figure out why (attitude maybe?). If I work in the area again, I won't visit this location.

Went and ordered a "Little Italy".The employee was an absolute mess.Firstly, they put avocado instead of pesto. When I said "I believe that is supposed to be pesto not avocado" they bent down, laughed. And then asked if I was okay with avocado.I said no thank you.They then got a new piece of bread while speaking to their co-worker. Heated the bread. They then took the meat and cheese off the previous sandwich and unceremoniously put it on the newly heated sub.They had me pay while the first sub was heating (that was fine with me).Once she had made the second sandwich, she went to charge me a second time. I told them I already paid. They laughed, and then gave me my sandwich.This experience was not acceptable, andI will not be going back to that location.

Small portions compared to other subways. 17 dollars for the stampede brisket and not even close to the portion of proteins in the photo. Pop machine hasn’t been working long time, forcing you to buy a bottled drink if you want. Also watching the staff take cash with gloves on, the go back to making sandwiches…
