I went at noon (Tues Dec 17,2024), no one was at the front for 3 mins. The staff at the back just ignore my “hello? Anyone?” If the restaurant wants to cut staff when nearby college & office are closing down for holiday, just closed the store too.

If there would have been an option for 0 stars I would never hesitate to give it to this store as. I ordered a foot long which I wanted to be grilled but they said no. When asked what’s the reason behind it they said the store owner said no. I said I’ve have an option on the app you guys need to do it. The girl on the counter said the store owner says as it’s a college location so we do not grill the bread. This doesn’t even make any sense. Worst store even will never visit and would request you is reading this to avoid this store. These people cannot align with subway policies.

I visited there today.A girl with name I guess Deep i don't know exact as her name was not clear, she was working there . I really appreciate her for being so kind and polite. She was about to close still she was very patient. She had a good nature.

Avoid this location at all costs. I got a steak and cheese sub with extra veggies and other toppings, it was literally as thin as their snack dippers, I wish I was exaggerating. I just felt like I ate a snack, it was definitely no where near the size of a regular sub. The staff seemed like it was normal. I thought it was a bread stick or something.

As a life long customer, I can safely say I’m never eating at subway again. What an absolute joke. Avoid.

Today, I visited this store to order a sweet onion chicken teriyaki rice bowl, and it was the worst experience ever. 😤 The girl with the name tag “Dhillon” seriously lacks customer service skills. The place wasn’t even busy, yet she was still kind of rude. First, she charged me an extra bag fee even though I didn’t buy a bag, and when I asked her about it, she said it was for crispy onions. Like, seriously? 🤨

Then, I told her I wanted to scan my points, and she was like I have to print an online order so do it fast like give me a minute to open my app and Girl, you can still do both! 😑 After finally scanning the Subway QR code, I mentioned there was a $3 off offer on the rice bowl, plus I wanted to use the $2 from my points. She said There’s no offer and didn’t use my $2 from points. Is she kidding me? 🙄 Never going back here again. 👋

Subway is the part of my everyday lifestyle but today in this store the employee was very rude which I never saw in any other subway and she said crispy onions are extra because of location which I have never heard and she was not even serving more veggies on veggie delight as well.

I placed my order online and an employee named Loveleen helped me. She checked to see if I wanted any cheese and sauce as I hadn’t indicated it on my online order. I really appreciated the consideration she took before giving me my sandwich. Great customer service!

The girl named DAPINDER working there is super rude and she does not know how to treat people. she took my order in a very rudely way, and anger on the face all the time , speaking very rude. She needs to be given training for how to take customers . The worst customer service I have ever had .

$$$$. This Subway is significantly more expensive than others. A 6" cold cut combo is $8.50 vs other locations I go to (including one 1/2 km away) it's $6.49. That's a whopping 31% more.

my boyfriend has gone to this subway location three times in the past two weeks and it has ruined subway for him. he ordered the same sandwich three times, but the first time they charged more despite it being the same meal. the portions are also small. the meat and flat bread were old and the vegetables were dripping with water. the location was also quite dirty. the workers were rude and unsanitary, their sandwiches constantly touched the table.
