Deleted my previous negative review as it was definitely a one-off. This time is was a late night (3am) sub crafted by Bhupinder, I think. Simple meatball but he was chatty, sub tasted great on a cold November night. (No in-store eating from 11pm-7am). Will definitely go back as they’re one of the few 24-hr spots in miles.

Do any employees work here? This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, I don’t even understand how subway is OK with having a story that performs this horribly.
I waited for 15 minutes, was yelling for staff to come up, time I get to get a hold of someone and then finally someone came out. It was just one young lady.
Don’t know whether the store is at fault, management or what. This is such horrible experience. I’m literally shocked. This place is even existing.

I went very early in the morning to this subway . I was just looking for some food but the staff was so friendly, polite , and respectful that actually made my day . Looking forward to see this outlet more and more now . I can’t remember the proper name but it was a guy with turban and his name starts with B . A special thanks to him for serving the food so nicely . Best experience ☺️

I did a mobile order and they made disgusting sandwich and it put the special instructions to heat up but they didn’t do anything just give me flat bread and half of the veggies. I talked to them and they said they don’t have veggies patties. Worst part, I was starving that time but by looking the sandwich I felt so bad, itself spoiled my mood. Honestly, worst experience with them.

I got two subs. Both of them were cold. I ordered them online. When I went there. There was just one staff member who was doing his job, but they were eight customers and one staff member because of which I did not get my food as expected. they should increase one staff member for late night. I’m not satisfied with my food.

Extremely pathetic experience. They only talked to each other. I waited for so long for my mobile order. The store wasn't even busy they just didn't make my order. Asked them 3 times if it was ready or not they said they are making but they did nothing. Not at all responsible for their job. Ruined the day completely

Shame on the owners! This Subway location was horrendously understaffed - so much so that the poor lady working behind the counter was struggling to keep up with the orders ALONE. She tried her best and kept apologizing for the delays. And you can imagine when it’s so understaffed, the quality of the food was horrible and the hygiene looked to be very poor. Either hire more workers or shut down!!!!
