I ordered a sub and asked for everything that comes with it and she gave me EVERYTHING. It was extremely shitty, I told her that I didn’t ask for everything but she said I did and argued with me. Nevertheless, my experience here was terrible and I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I asked the server for the sauces and they said you are only allowed to put 4 sauces. Everywhere else you can put as many sauces you like. This is a subway which always tries cut cost by putting less veggies and sauces.
I visited the Subway at Marine Drive Station on October 5th, 2024, and ordered a footlong tandoori sandwich. While eating the second half of the sandwich, I discovered hard, stone-like substances inside. This happened 2-3 times, and I spit out the pieces, only realizing after I finished the sandwich that these were not edible.
When I returned to the store to express my concern, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from an employee named Harsh. He denied responsibility, suggested the substances were not from Subway, and even implied that I might be trying to commit fraud, simply because I had finished the sandwich before complaining. This was insulting and unacceptable. Additionally, no receipt was provided to me when I asked for it, which added to my frustration.
I asked for footage of the incident and was told the manager wasn’t available and that I should come back on a weekday. No resolution was offered, no refund was provided, and I was made to feel like my legitimate complaint was not taken seriously. As a paying customer, I expect better standards of food safety and customer service.
This experience not only ruined my meal but also raised serious concerns about food contamination at this location. I urge others to be cautious when eating here and I hope management will take this matter seriously.

I got the chicken teriyaki bowl and they put half of the bowl with lettuce. It taste nothing if you don’t put any sauces. For 12 dollars I understand is a fast food but this is terrible. I asked them to fix my bowl but they refused. The proportion of the bowl was not the right amount. Don’t get any of the bowls.

Unreal, employees are so entitled. Had to wait for a several minutes and wasn’t acknowledged which is totally fine and expected, not a problem at all. But when I don’t tip, the employee decides to make a snide comment on there not being a tip? So entitled and rude after no extra effort in service. Not acceptable
