I ordered veggi whole wheat sub. Whole wheat bun was very old not fresh lady put very little veggies. I noticed subway owner becoming very cheap they don’t put veggies like use to. I had very bad sub from this

The guy who works there on night shift (Wednesday 8th November) is so rude . This is not the first time I’ve experienced it from him but this is the first time I’m reporting it . I felt like he is cursing when he serve food . If I could give zero for customer service i would have .

Visited this location on Aug 13, 2023There were only two people in the store ahead of me. The staff member who helped me: 1) didn’t get the correct items for my sandwich, 2) got the incorrect bread for my second sandwich, 3) the staff member after asking for lettuce they put on green peppers.The price was decent price as an average from other Subway locations in the YVR area.The locations tables were not cleaned and the staff did not seem to care about the cleanliness of the location. There was a broken table in the corner. Also the washroom has a sign stating washroom broken, however it is only for “staff” only.Overall rating is 0.5/5 stars. However 1 star is lowest.

Subway is far from fine dining on the best of days but this location takes the prize for most ill-mannered staff and terribly made sandwiches. Also very stingy with veggies. Asking for lettuce gets you a sparse sprinkle.

Went during lunch time on a Saturday. They must be quite short-staffed as there was only one employee working. Despite this, our experience was quite pleasant. When we arrived, they were already helping out 2 customers. They were quite friendly, had an efficient system with multi-tasking between making the bread, taking orders, toasting the sandwiches, adding the toppings, and taking payment. It helped that the customers were all fairly patient and respectful (there were quite a few more who came in after). It wasn't the quickest service but the employee definitely did their best and had a great attitude overall. Some of the ingredients didn't seem the freshest but that's been my experience with all of the Subways I've been to.

Lettuce was not fresh. Staff was not very courteous to serve food. She looked a bit frustrated or irritated, not sure why. I prefer it when people serving my food are content and happy to serve food. Also tables had sauce from previous customers, not cleaned.
