Got a foot long churro, was sitting on the rack and they barely warmed it up. It was almost impossible to chew and tasted like cardboard.

Stay away, listen to the reviews, terrible service, very very slow and unprofessional. 20min delay on a preorder. Sandwhich was put aside and away and became cold. bread was dense and dry was also burnt on top. No one responded to pickup orders as they kept catering to others in line. It is literally unbelievable how bad this location is. Shut it down

Worst service I've ever had in a subway.
Zero effort in making a basic footlong sandwich.

Beside being in accessible.. the service is not up to mark. The bread I asked was Italian herbs and cheese. How ever bread did not taste like one and was overly baked. It was very crispy unlike regular bread.Upon approaching customer service and mentoring same..they just mentioned that it's same as ordered and did not care much. How ever veggies were OK and available.

Despite the tonne of negative reviews, I thought I’d give it a shot since I live nearby and ordered takeout through the app. Big mistake. Although I asked for Italian herb bread, they gave me the plain bread which had more in common with a dried, stale inedible crouton. The veggies were scarce and 2 sauces I ordered severely lacking. If you’re going to charge over 15$ for a sandwich, you should be putting more TLC into the product. Just get a sandwich from Safeway a block away.

I actually had to make a review about a Subway. Don't come to this location. The bread was rock hard. There's Mexican radio playing for some reason and nothing was was fresh. Worst Subway ever.

Most horrid subway I’ve ever been to. The options for toppings are slim picking and that’s probably for the best, because what they do have available is the best of the worst.Have never experienced stomach cramps to the magnitude that I did not even 3 hours after consuming my “sandwich”. And the onslaught of diarrhea that followed is a cry to the FoodSafe department. Someone close this beast down and put something edible in its place.

The WORST subway I’ve been to. My girlfriend and I had lunch there and we both got food poisoning. Had lunch there, nothing else after that and my stomach is gushing diarrhea this entire evening. I see many reviews with hygene and freshness concerns - THEY ARE ACCURATE. Thanks for ruining my Sunday evening.

By far the cheapest subway I've ever been to, no ingredients at all. They put about one of each topping on and almost no meat, all the vegetables are rotting or wilted. This location should be shut down, only time subway has ever made me sick.

I was the courier delivering for this store. The working gave me a negative rating and upon asking him, he mentioned that I was late when the total time it took me to deliver the order from getting it was 11 minutes where as the employee said I took 20 minutes.He mentioned to me that they get negative rating because the couriers arrive late which was a general statement. I even spoke to the employee and mentioned to him that I can show in the order details that I took 11 minutes in total to deliver this order. 5-6 minutes to get to the restaurant and then 5-6 minutes to deliver.He literally stereotyped me with other couriers and gave me a negative rating.My review is solely based on this argument that the workers here shall be fair to the couriers who actually deliver the food. It would be better to work on their quality rather than blaming the couriers for their negative rating.I spoke to the employee 3 times and he didn’t fix the error.I’d recommend order from other locations rather then this one as me as a courier will not deliver food deliveryHere as how they treat their couriers.
