I recently visited this Subway location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order for a Footlong Veggie Patty with extra sauces—specifically More Piri-Piri Sauce, More Mayonnaise, More Chipotle Southwest, and Nashville-Style Hot Sauce.
However, the service I received from Avneet and Aman was extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt disrespected throughout the interaction. Despite my polite request for specific sauces, both staff members responded with a dismissive attitude. It seemed as though Avneet, in particular, was trying to appear professional, but her behavior reflected the opposite. There was a clear lack of courtesy and customer care.
As someone who values good service, I found this visit very upsetting. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others.
