I usually come in on Saturdays after my classes and have always had a good experience. But today (June 23)around 8:40 PM, the service was disappointing. The staff member seemed unhappy to serve me as it was close to closing time . She didn’t greet me properly, didn’t wash her hands before preparing my order. I wasn’t sure if she changed her gloves, so I politely asked, but she responded with attitude and seemed irritated .Today service felt rushed and unfriendly . I’m not usually one to complain, but hygiene and respectful service matter

Worst customer service; girls are so rude , not even listening to the order . They hardly put anything inside subways. Ordered a rice bowl and even asked to put more veggies , but it still looks like half a bowl. Would not recommend this location of Subway.

haven’t been to subway in ages but the shrinkflation here is crazy. spent more for a baby sized sandwich, it’s about half the width it used to be. and no, I don’t have giant sized hands :)

The worst subway. Toppings are light and squishy. The amount of anything used (sauce etc) is hilariously paltry. Skip this front

Customer service is really bad . 1:10pm shift ....saff at front makes your sub like they are giving you free. Need training once again how to make sub. We are spending money . Help that girls please. Teach them how to smile👎👎👎👎

It’s an average standard subway. Had the veggie delite and roasted chicken subs. Both were decent and as expected.

Just because someone has a coupon doesn't mean you make a messy sandwich by throwing stuff into it. Subway gives these coupons for people to use and if you have a problem with it, take it up with Subway and instead of taking it out on the customer.

This subway was doing better after the new mgmt, but it seems to have gone down in quality again.
Disclaimer: i worked at a corporate subway chain for 5 years

Staff:
friendly but absentminded, causing cross contamination risk
They dont change their gloves enough, and will touch things in between actions that then contaminates their gloves. Ie. Touching a door handle between meats and veggie sections, and not changing their gloves. If a customer has to ask you to change your gloves, you are not paying enough attention.
Theres also items getting mixed in the cambros, ie. Onions in the lettuce. Im allergic to onions, so this is a cross contamination risk. The staff need to be mindful of this and carefully pick ingredients out so the arent dropping all over the place. I noticed this issue in multiple cambros of ingredients

Food:
I dont know if its a lack of training, but theres a few issues ive noticed from my visits
- Not assembling the sandwich correctly in terms of how they place meats, cheeses, and veggies. This causes the sub to be messy and difficult to eat.
- Pressing the items down, if a sub is assembled correctly there should be no need to press down on the ingredients in order to close it.
- bread not proofed long enough causing at least a 2inch different in size of the sandwich. This not only makes it smaller than what im paying for, but makes it difficult to put the ingredients on and messy to eat because the bread cant fit the whole order.
- putting weird amounts of vegetables??? Idk if the process has changed since i worked there, but there used to be a minimum amount and specific way to assemble all the ingredients, both for the look and for the ease of eating it. Ofc you can always ask for extra, but there was a specific number to put on to begin with... but this location just kind of throws stuff on. You'll ask for pickles and get 3 on a footlong? The minimum was 8 when i worked there.

The food tastes the same, its subway. But theres issues with procedure, bread size, and correct portions, and i think they need to be retrained. Ill avoid this location in the future.
