Delicious cookies, amazingly decorated, I would order these for anyone

I ordered some cookies to be shipped to San Francisco for our son’s red egg party. We received them more quickly than we were able to get a cookie order done in the Bay Area during the holiday season (every cookie company we contacted gave a 4 week lead time). The cookies were gorgeous AND delicious. Really surprised to see some of the negative reviews here, as I never experienced any lack of communication or failure to ship/deliver and we went back and forth on our final number of cookies and desired designs several times.

Sugar was the perfect addition to our work holiday party! They supplied blank cookies and bags of royal icing for a cookie decorating contest - massive fun had by all. We took leftovers back to the office and folks loved the idea (and the cookies) so much that they'll do the same next year.Delivery was so simple, even accomodating us in the snowstorm by changing delivery time to still meet our contest deadline. Will order again for work and home. :)

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered online with a confirmation number but I never received a notification for pickup or that it was ready. I’ve emailed and called with no response but my credit card still has it as “payment processed.” I have a feeling I won’t get my order. I would suggest that if you can’t fulfill orders. Don’t make it accessible online.In response to the owner - check the item I ordered again and it’s product display page. It doesn’t state a minimum which is why I ordered it. Regardless my comment stands: If you can’t fulfill the order I would suggest you don’t make it available to do so online or communicate it via email. I received no response whatsoever That the order would be cancelled. I would have also just upped my order to a dozen if you told to me in a timely manner. Thanks

We got our 2 tier wedding cake with florals from Sophia and it turned out beautifully! Very reasonably priced and the passionfruit curd was delicious. Sophia was very easy to work with and I 10/10 would recommend!
