This is hands down our favorite restaurant in Vancouver. the atmosphere is great, busy enough to be comfortable, and not too busy, so you don't feel herded in or out. The staff are AMAZING and attentive, so kind and make a great meal, wonderful. the cocktails and mocktails are THE BEST. Seriously delicious, and as someone who doesn't drink, I am usually resigned to one maybe two below average alcohol free choices. Not so here AND Spicy pomegranate drink is sooooooo good. Worth going just for that. But then the food here is really beyond delicious, we have tried so many things and its all astounding. I always over order so we can have left overs :) All in all I don't think you can get any better for a really lovely night out. Thank you everyone there for making sure every time we visit, we just want to come back more often.

Deep disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment my brother and I received upon attempting to dine at your establishment.My brother, who suffers from a spinal cord injury and relies on a handicap scooter for mobility, and I were abruptly stopped at the gate by one of your staff members. We were informed that there was no available space, effectively denying us entry. However, moments later, we observed two other individuals being warmly welcomed.This experience leads us to question whether your establishment practices discriminatory policies, particularly based on skin color. If this is indeed the case, it is imperative that such practices are explicitly mentioned or advertised to prevent others from enduring the inconvenience and disappointment of traveling significant distances, only to be denied service.

The service was amazing. They were so nice. At one point they put away a tiny bit of a sauce they fairly assumed was done with and when they saw I meant to pack it they kept insisting to give us a full new version of it. They are super kind. My favorite dish was probably the okra dish. My prawn goam was good too.

Went to the one on Commercial Drive- The atmosphere set the mood! And then the food and absolutely awesome service! All i will say is go in yourself and experience this gem! budget friendly too!Kid-friendliness: They were out of chocolate cake /icecream-- my 3 year old was ok to wait to eat his icecream/cake elsewhere (needs to be chocolate) but they got us vanilla icecream with a dash of chocolate syrup- absolutely made his evening! He was so delighted- and yes, it was on the house!

Our friends organized a farewell dinner for my wife and me at Sula Indian restaurant! Opting for Sula was an excellent decision, and we all had an amazing time enjoying both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The each bite of appetisers and delicious curries were bursting with flavor, leaving us wanting more.The waitress provided outstanding service, assisting us throughout the meal and even taking great photos of us. The ambiance and decor added to the overall experience. I highly recommend Sula to anyone who love vegetarian food and Indian cuisine!
