Sula Indian Restaurant, Main Street

This was our first visit here, and we loved the extensive menu. The dishes we had were fabulous, and the service was perfect!

We have been to Sula a number of times but invited friends and it was their first time. They raved about the food and service. Sula made me look good picking such a great restaurant.

The food was delicious, ambiance was beautiful and our server was great, I think his name was Auji. Everything was so tasty! We will be coming back soon :). Even the takeout bag was so fancy.

The food and service were great. We were lucky to have reserved a restaurant patio table and enjoyed excellent service. The music was a bit loud.

The staff including the manager were all super helpful in trying to fit in my 2 extra guests + baby. Always great food and amazing service! Special thanks to Rubby for hosting us for the night and making sure our table had everything we needed. 5 star service

Went for happy hour. Excellent value for the quality and quantity. Delicious cocktails too! Service was warm and friendly. Beautiful ambience. Willl be back to try more dishes in the future.

The chefs at Sula serve South Asian classics with a contemporary emphasis on freshness. No steam buffet table dishes here. Just flavourful, fresh South Asian cuisine that is beautifully spiced, with variable levels of heat. Reliably yummy and great value!

Amazing service and ambience. Everyone was so happy that worked there and the food was amazing. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

We love the onion bhajia, marvai gassi and lamb passandra. The manager at the Main street is really lovely as well. We'll definitely be back for me.

The samosa chaat special was out of this world, and everything else, including the service, was fabulous.

The food was excellent and so was the service. We orders the butter chicken and dal makhani which was one in the best we had in Vancouver

We absolutely loved this restaurant! Our server Dina was amazingly friendly and thorough. The servings are generous, and honestly, it was the best Indian we've ever had...and we seek out Indian cuisine no matter where we are...at home and while travelling. This our third time at Sula. Our server was great and attentive to our needs. The appetizer (vada pav), main course and dessert were excellent. However, since Sula charges for the Indian flatbread (naan and roti), we had expected better quality than the generic quality of flatbread we were served. Other Indian restaurants include flatbread with the main course. This is the reason for taking off a point from an otherwise 5 star rating.

I prefer to go Sula often whenever I am in Vancouver. This time my experience was not good. Stuff we ordered were overcooked or burnt . Taste wise not good. Stuff taste different this time. Suggestions, maintain the quality of the food.
