We had the Mango cheese (cake) bingsu and it was quite nice. Plenty of mango pieces and cheesecake laid on top of a mountain of shaved ice. Ideally, there would have been a better distribution of toppings/fillings to make for more balanced bites. Since I mixed the toppings in to the shaved ice very intentionally, it was enjoyable the whole way through. If I hadn't, I would have been left with a massively disappointing mound of ice and naught else after a few bites.Something for the establishment to consider would be to make a smaller mound of shaved ice, add condensed milk, add more ice, then add the toppings.

Probably the best bingsu I’ve ever had! Personally I thought it was quite pricey, but it was so good it was somewhat justifiable. We ordered the green tea chocolate bingsu ($17.95) and the mango waffle ($15.95). The mango waffle was alright, but not worth the price whatsoever. Both items were aesthetic, but we had to sit outside because there’s only like 2 tables inside. We also had to wait awhile (20 minutes or so) which wasn’t ideal considering it wasn’t that busy and you don’t really have to cook anything … we’d come here again, but only if we feel like splurging for the bingsu.Kid-friendliness: Lots of fun options

I swear, I've never reviewed any restaurant. This shop is the first shop!!First of all, bad service ever, the girl acted like she did not want to work anymore I was ok to pay tips but I don't like the way they cover the 'skip' botton on the machine by sticker 'No amex' so we couldn't press or hard to press it ?

Pricy, but well, one bowl was good for 4 people to share as an after-dinner dessert, so can't complain. The chocolate brownie flavour came with condensed milk and was delicious.

Extremely disappointing--they are simply using the name Sulbing to attract customers and have copied most of the same menu. However the quality and taste of bingsoos fare in comparison to the original. No fresh fruits -- all preserved in syrup

The mango bingsu here was so good the first time we had it. However, the amount of times we come by to get it again they are ALWAYS sold out!! This time we tried the green tea bingsu and it tastes so bland! The best part is the ice cream on top but other than that, you're eating ice with your ice cream!

Got the strawberry cheesecake bingsu. Photos of menu items are deceptive. No actual cheesecake was given, instead it was just a ring of cream cheese whipped cream and they were extremely stingy with the strawberries. Corn flakes carried the bingsu. Service was good.

The business hours shows closing time is at 11pm, so i have been there today Monday at 10:15 and the person that was working there told me last call is at 10pm, I think 1 hour is to much to take last call, even that usually the service take around 10 to 15

Says that they open until 11pm online and I store. We went in at around 9:50 pm but they said they have already made their last order of the day.

I have to say their dessert is good. HOWEVER, they keep closing before the hour stick on the glass OR the closing time on google. I went there several time after dinner before 10(there closing time is 11) and they are already closed. ADDITIONALLY, they stop providing small bowls and I can’t even share it with my friends!

Bingsu season is coming! Their bingsu shaved ice is finer than Hawaiian or Japanese version so easier to eat. Usually take out a mango bingsu and share with 2-3 people. They do great job packing to go foods. Also recommended are mini custard taiyakis. They are cute and yummy.
