It has been a while since I dined here. The place still looks the same which means it is a bit dated. It is time to do a major renovation to freshen the place. On the other hand, the service is excellent as the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The food, however, can be better by being more consistent. Meaning some dishes are very good while some are just average and given this is a higher price venue, I expect better.

Excellent dim-sum food. One of the best I personally ever ate for a highly reasonable price. The usual big hall atmosphere and impersonal chinese restaurant service.

In Vancouver for a birthday celebration - saw an article in Seattle Times about the dim sum.. missed the dim sum hours so went for dinner- it’s family style- delicious well prepared -we had a person who is allergic to fish- but plenty of options that are not seafood. Highly recommend the crispy Duck. Crab so fresh you meet them before they’re prepared. Crab may be a little harder to crack with utensil because it’s covered in a delicious sauce but worth the extra effort. With a bottle of wine our meal was about $300 American..for 6 adults

WARNING: Bring your own napkins. Reserved a table for party of seven, we were seated at a table set up for nine. As the wait staff took the two extra place settings away, I took the paper napkin. The waitress glared at me and asked where the napkin was???!!! Really??? Evidently it’s a crime here to use an extra paper napkin! God forbid if you were to spill something and had to use 3-4 napkins! Ridiculous!!! Oh by the way, they charge for soy sauce! A dim sum restaurant not wanting to provide napkins and soy sauce?

Been here for weekend dim sum several times by now, the parking when directed by GPS seems sus due to having to go down an alleyway but it works to get into the underground parking lot. Anyways, the food has been so far consistent and good. Has a good amount of spread so if ya try a bit of everything, especially with a 4+ people group, you'll quickly find your faves with the exception of the classic staples like har gow, Siu mai, and the foot balls, cause they are usually auto-includes in the faves.Parking: Free street parking is possible on the side streets but ya gotta watch the street signs just incase as there are "except with permits" aroundWheelchair accessibility: Elevator access and the doors are wide enough for people needing wheel chairs and carts

Good food. Yet service needs improvement. Receptions lady almost shouted at us and refused to give an empty table(not reserved)
