I was craving sushi and was excited to try this place out but unfortunately I came out disappointed. I can definitely see the appeal of the place with the little shinkansen delivery with the plates which is pretty cool. The staff was very friendly but I was not that happy with the quality of the sushi. I ordered various rolls but nothing really stood out. Very much to my surprise, the red dragon roll which is a frequently ordered dish was a massive disappointment, I could not for the life of me finish this dish. The texture of the tuna felt extremely wrong and did not taste good in the slightest. I will not be coming back here.

Such a fun experience, but not the greatest sushi. The tuna in the spicy tuna sashimi was great but very little spice, and the strangest gomae I’ve ever had (tasted mayo-based?) otherwise it was fine but nothing special. But the train was great and my daughter loved the experience.
