Great place all around! Great food, servers are very friendly and the train and computer ordering is a very nice touch. They had a hard night the other night while we were in there and how they dealt with it was outstanding. Their rice machine went down and as you can imagine that the hardest thing for a sushi restaurant to deal with would be having no rice… The staff was so over the top apologetic and even gave us some free sashimi. We were wanting to have rice sushi and we’re about to leave when we heard there was no rice, but because of the genuine sincerity of the staff and the comp food we ended up staying and just ordered a bunch of appetizers and desserts which were all great and we left happy and felt good about staying. This just shows that dealing with situations like this in the proper manner not only can improve your sales, but also your guests overall experience and impression of the establishment. This just made us love this place even more and could not be happier to give a 5 star review. Thank you for showing us that this level of service still exists.

They’re sushi was so fresh and tasty! Trust me I know my sashimi 😍 only one play in Halifax, Nova Scotia has the creamiest, melt in your mouth sushi and this is pretty close.

While the gimmick is genuinely fun and the service is quite good. This may have been the worst sushi I've had in my entire life. They use cheap chopped tuna for everything and it just has the texture of cat food. The California rolls aren't much better. I tried some nigiri to see if they had any good fish in the restaurant, and no. It was bland at best, and inedible at worst. There are hundreds of better sushi spots in Vancouver, sole fo which are likely not even a block away.

We have been to similar restaurants in Japan and decided to try it in Vancouver. Pretty smooth process to order and receive food. The sushi and fish are average in Vancouver. However, it is more expensive than other places with same quality of food.
Food came hot delicious and fresh in minutes. I was shocked how fast and everything very yummy. Fun game played at the table on the iPad, the novelty of the sushi train delivery is fun too and staff was very nice
