Chef Maumi Ozaki and his wife provide more than a meal, it’s an experience. The finest Sushi experience we’ve ever enjoyed, including Tokyo, it is a must. At 7:00 the sushi bar was full. 15 people, one seating, 13 different nigiri, excellent champagne, sake, whiskey and a dessert to die for at what must be considered, when compared to other Omakase restaurants in Vancouver, bargain prices.
Husband and wife duo run omakase. Edomae style sushi and specially curated selection of sake from Japan. I recommend arriving a little earlier and seating is first come first serve. Good value considering the quality of food you are getting.
