very big portions and fish was very fresh
we got the chirashi don (picture), chicken don (which came with yummy tempura as well), unagi roll, and shrimp tempura ~ all was super tasty
if you order the chirashi don, i recommend getting a miso soup on the side because they give you lots of rice at the bottom, i couldn’t finish over half of the rice 😅
we were starving and our food came out literally minutes after we ordered....

Great value. The portions and consistency are reliable. I can say this as a customer of 10+ years. The phone line is often very busy at dinner time on week nights so occasionally you have to go in to order your takeout. The miso soup is aggressively mediocre, and always has been (just a heads up).

It only scares me when the owner scolds his employees in front of everyone. I understand that you want the best in your business but showing off your employees is horrible, boooo that's why!
