The restaurant had a soft opening in late September 2025, and I think they have a new chef.
Everything was so delicious and fresh. They have a great selection of unique rolls, and the sashimi was fresh (salmon, sockeye, tuna belly, etc.).
The nigiri was also fantastic: the unagi and ikura were especially good. To me, these two are always a good sign of quality, and they were excellent here.
The chef sent out a lot of free extras, like miso soup and tempura...

Incredibly delicious nigiri and sushi! The fish is super fresh—you can really taste the quality and care in every piece. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was really expecting better from the other reviews left but this place is very mediocre. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special and there are so many other sushi places around that will serve better quality for similar prices.

The service here was the worst part of the experience. I think the waitress forgot one of the items I ordered and the food came out very slowly one order at a time which left people feeling hesitant to eat while...
