Visited late on a random Wednesday night (Jan 7) and Eli, my server, was still so kind. Big thanks to her!!! I ordered a bunch of vegetarian dishes, and all were tasty. I was astounded with how the mango in their rolls were ripe and sweet, even outside its growing season; in most other places they are either too tart or flavourless. As a Filipino-Canadian guy, this matter is close to my heart, apparently.

This place is fantastic and deserves to be way busier. The new menu is really good and the service is always great. Prices are super reasonable and the Blue Fin Tuna Oshi is one of the best we have had in Vancouver (yes better than the overpriced sushi places) highly recommend checking them out.

The restaurant had a soft opening in late September 2025, and I think they have a new chef.
Everything was so delicious and fresh. They have a great selection of unique rolls, and the sashimi was fresh (salmon, sockeye, tuna belly, etc.).
The nigiri was also fantastic: the unagi and ikura were especially good. To me, these two are always a good sign of quality, and they were excellent here.
The chef sent out a lot of free extras, like miso soup and tempura...
