Haven't been here for a long time due to moving away from the neighborhood but glad we came back. Food is still fresh, delicious and tasty! Good serving sizes and wonderful presentation too. Fast and friendly service. Also like the option of rotating dishes and love that there are a lot more seared sushi options!

What can I say but this place gave me the WORST FOOD POISONING EVER!!! I will never order from here again. I ordered the lunch special, even before the food poisoning, it was horrible.... the rice underneath the nigiri was warm, the chicken terriyaki was absolutely old and disgusting. Didn't taste or look like typical chicken terriyaki, it was apparent that it was day old chicken or longer. Just gross. As for service, I'm not sure how to rate them, due to an allergy I needed to sub the ebi nigiri in the lunch special to salmon which was the exact same price (or anything else) and the first time they refused to do it so I didn't order, and the girl was perfectly fine with losing business over .50 cents (which is what they wanted to charge me to sub) but they were conveniently close so I went for the order on a different day (instead of doing my usual Uber Eats from Sushi 7, which is consistently great and fresh, better value too), boy was that a mistake. They made an issue about subbing the Ebi Nigiri but said they'd do it just one time without charging...... even for an allergy they would charge. But all that didn't even matter because in the end their terrible, not fresh food gave me FOOD POISONING. I'm absolutely livid that this happened and of course by how unaccommodating they initially were about the allergy, I know if I called to let them know and ask them to compensate me for the food poisoning I suffered or even just issue a refund, I can already tell they'd be ones to deny it and do nothing about it. But hey, I'm posting it here, so let's see what they say and if I'm right or not. I might even remove this review if they do something about selling me old food that gave me food poisoning.... in any event AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Best mango-salmon roll in the city. Great sushi at reasonable prices and amazing service and staff.
Great sushi, service not so much so. Ordered take-out, the person read my order back to me confirming it. Upon arriving home I discovered they did not provide 1/3 of my order. I had to go back to get it, no offer to deliver it or for a price reduction. Didn't think I'd need to do it since many times previously it was not a issue, however this was a great example to always open and physically check each container before you leave the restaurant.
Still my go to sushi place. The staff are friendly, the food is high quality and delicious... and they know my preferences whether I eat in or take out.

Sushi hub is my favourite sushi place in the city. Staff are amazingly kind and accommodating. Sushi is 15/10 and consistent. You’ll always get the same excellent quality every visit. They have even accommodated my need to avoid any raw fish contamination during my pregnancy. I can’t recommend Sushi Hub enough!
Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate pregnant ladies and make the cooked sushi without any contamination from raw fish.
