This was an amazing experience and meal. I’ve been to some of the best Omakase in NYC and SF but this was the best. Each course was unique and extremely thoughtful. Chef Jin and his wife were also a pleasure to talk to and genuinely great people.

This is how their server’s replied after I called. Wondering if they deserved any clients?

I've been to my fair share of Omakase around BC and I've gotta say, this place is the best I've been to so far.Exceptional experience, definitely worth the trip.

My husband and I came for the okamase set. The food was delicious and the service was great. We enjoyed each of the set and added an additional uni sampler to our dinner. We would want to come back again for the wonderful dinning experience.

We were the only ones at our 6pm reservation, so enjoyed having the restaurant all to ourselves. It was an amazing experience with Chef Jin who created fabulous sushi dishes for us. The experience seems expensive, but in my mind, a private dining experience with an amazing chef is well worth it! We will definitely be back!
If you enjoy omakase, I definitely recommend making a reservation at Sushi Jin and prepare to be wow'ed!The restaurant is run by husband and wife team of Jin & Teri and they made us feel so welcome and were very accommodating to some dietary restrictions. The rice is delicious, very special blend of vinegar. Each piece was unique and stunning. Chef Jin even treated us to dehydrated uni which added such interesting umami flavors. His Luxury Gunkan piece was honestly a work of art and even more delicious. This dining experience is worth every penny - we even had the whole place to ourselves; not many places you have that for $300 pp. We can't wait to go back.

Sushi Jin is an exceptional experience. Fish flown in daily leaves each experience unique. The preparation of the fish is mostly traditional with their own little take on some of the omakase courses. All exceptional. Chef and his team are very engaging. The best uni we have ever had, comes packed in brine. IMO this beats many of the other similar types of omakase experiences in Vancouver.

Very good experience with Sushi Jin. The premium Omakase was definitely impressive. The seafood is extremely fresh and I love this immersive dining experience. The concept of knowing what you are eating and experiencing were beyond description.

The best omakase I have ever been to for both taste and experience. It is a very intimate setting. The chef, his wife, and two staff are absolutely lovely to talk with and are very knowledgeable in their craft. The quality and flavour profile of the food is out of this world.

Food was ok good. Ambience ( they have home use chest cooler/freezer under sushi bar). Fish was good, but just from cutting , not from Crafted prep. Boss lady was bit pushy on selling wine. Not justify the price at all. Quite gutsy to charge 300 bucks.
