Stopped here for lunch. Best sushi we’ve ever had. The green hornet roll was outstanding. Service was quick, friendly and polite. Reasonable prices. We will most definitely come back.

Very Fresh and very quick service. I got the lunch bento box b, and the food came in probably 10 minutes or less from the time I sat down. Big portion too, a whole California roll, not just 4 places like some restraunts do for a bento.

Stumbled across Sushi Kaido on Google Maps while in Vancouver and got takeout with my bestie. The sushi was amazing—especially the avocado cucumber roll and spicy salmon roll. Highly recommend!

I recently moved from DT to this area and I sushi Kaido is go to. The sushi is so fresh! The miso soup in my fave in the city (always warm with a lot seaweed). Be sure to try the yam tempura roll & the salmon maki. You won't be disappointed! So good.

The volcano roll was phenomenal! Would come back just for this. Disappointed my take out order wasn’t ready in time when I pre-ordered, but that’s my only complaint.

this is my go to sushi spot! i’ve been ordering from them since i and my partner moved to the area in 2022, and genuinely have never been disappointed by any of their dishes. it always tastes fresh, it’s ready with remarkable speed, the staff are always friendly and polite, and the price is delicious.

my go to is the tempura yam roll, the spicy tuna or salmon roll, the edamame, and the avocado cucumber roll. i’ve also tried a plethora of the chef special rolls, all winners, and their pork and vegetable gyozas are great. they also have a mixed tempura ($15) that we get on occasion and it is Perfect! crispy and delicious!

also! they have a rewards program when you make an account and order online. each order gets you points, and with your points you can get rewarded with food!!

The california rolls were stale and the teriyaki was too sweet

We went for ramen and really enjoyed the food. However, I have a few comments about the service. I thought it was great that they used reusable chopsticks, although they looked quite worn. Upon arrival, I noticed they didn't offer us water, which caught my attention because most places do.
When paying, I mistakenly didn't add a tip (I always leave one, but I didn't press the button correctly), and the waitress came over to ask why we hadn't left a tip. I thought that was inappropriate.

Amazing sushi. Even their basic rolls like california taste much better than anywhere else. A must try is the Pikachu Roll

I ordered the deluxe combo and California rolls on uber eats. The nigris all tasted the same... Very bland.. The California roll was also bland. The samurai roll tasted unique due to the mint leaf otherwise the scallop was bland.. There are better sushi spots in Vancouver..

My favourite sushi in the area! Staff are friendly, food is ready pretty quick, and great for dine in or takeout. Big fan of the spider roll and spicy combo
