After hearing about this place, I’ve wanted to visit, and I finally had the chance to do so. The owner and staff greeted me warmly, which made me feel comfortable.
The Miso Soup wasn’t too salty, which I liked, and the dressing on the fried chicken and vegetables complemented the dish really well, making it delicious.
The Salmon Aburi melted in my mouth as soon as I took a bite. It was so tender and flavorful.
Next time, I’d like to try the CUPBOP.
A note: The sign is small, so you might miss it if you’re not paying attention. It’s a good idea to keep your eyes open and look carefully when you’re nearby.

We tried 3 sushi places while we were in Vancouver and this was the best! So unassuming on the outside but so cozy on the inside. Everything was incredibly fresh, so well priced, and the service was fabulous. Can’t say enough good things!!

The food was absolutely delicious and the workers were really sweet. The chef made the food so good and fresh. The quality of the food was amazing. The interior was so nice and beautiful. Next time I go to down town I will definitely go back to Sushi Today. Well recommend.

I went there on the recommendation of my nail boss, and it was so delicious. It was the best sushi I had in Vancouver. The price is reasonable, the taste is good, and it's clean. Word of mouth hasn't spread yet, so I ate dinner right away on Wednesday night without waiting. The owner is Korean and he is sincere about his cooking👍🏻👏🏻 Each and every dish was very impressive! Thank you for your service. Recommended menu items: Sashimi, Special Today Roll, Miso Soup, Edamame, and Seaweed Salad. Planning to go again!!
