I got take out rolls. The rainbow roll has mackerel and it taste very fishy and not fresh. Same goes with spicy tuna roll. Should pay more attention to the quality of roll. Not recommend for sushi and rolls

I’m absolutely disgusted with the food quality and packaging. I ordered 3 chicken teriyaki and 1 tofu teriyaki and the tofu one came completely out of the packaging and had leaked all over the other food and I couldn’t even eat. I deserve a refund and I can’t even get that SMH

The food it's good and the portions are big. I recommend this place. Not 5 stars because I have been there for 4 times at least and every time I am going there the waitress are staring at you to take the dish from the table, twice they tried to do it even when I was still eating. It's a little bit annoying they are asking you if you have done many times and you are still enjoying your food.

Still my favorite location, even though they’ve opened a few around the city. I’ve been coming here for years, and the food is always so good consistently delicious every time. The only downside is that this location is small, so it does get crowded. Prices have gone very, very high lately, but it’s still a place I enjoy and keep coming back to.

Google Maps says this place closes at 9:30. We arrived at 9:07 and politely asked if we could dine in. The waitress immediately said takeout only because it was “late.” Fine—we decided to leave.
Seconds later, another couple walked in and was seated without any issue.
We went back in to ask why we were turned away while they were allowed to sit, and the waitress casually brushed it off, claiming her coworker was “new” and made a mistake by seating them. Unacceptable. That’s not an explanation—that’s an excuse.
This is terrible, inconsistent service and a complete waste of customers’ time. If you don’t want people coming in after a certain hour, update your closing time instead of selectively turning people away. Absolutely frustrating experience.

I like Sushi Mura but…I kindly asked whether they still are seating customers when i arrived at 9:05pm. They mentioned that seating is closed but take-out is still available. That is perfectly fine which is why i asked first. I didn’t feel like take out so I said it’s ok for today and while i was walking to my car, another group of 2 entered. I observed from my car and they were brought tea, chopsticks, plates and the ipad even turned on to order. I went back inside to ask why they sat the group down and the explanation was “the staff is new and didn’t know”. No offer at all to be seated were made for me since the mistake was made. Inconsistent service. Not satisfied at all.
Delicious, good plating, and no wait like the Richmond location. Got the salmon blossom 8/10 fantastic roll 8/10 and the takoyaki 7/10. A bit expensive though for what you get

This restaurant is small. Tonight is Saturday night but it is not busy. I have been to another branches in Richmond and Main Street, my family and I think this branch serve smaller portions of the food.
All the dishes are fine except the udon. The beef udon is a bit salty, the portion is small and costs $19.25.
