This is a very popular place in River district. It can get packed during peak dinner times but the wait time was reasonable, less than 30min when I went best to call and reserve a table. Food tastes and looks great. Presentation is very good with ample staff on hand to provide service. Bench seating and individual tables for 2 and 4+ guests available. Now you can order on a tablet mounted next to your table. Free Parking available on a surface lot to the right of the restaurant or underground parking for the Save On Foods / Local Public Eatery / etc.. Commercial businesses. You can also order online for pickup at a particular time as well. Check out their menu online before going because there are lots of great choices to try.

3rd visit. Still good. Service was outstanding.
1) I would appreciate a physica menu to go with the tablet. Hard for people not sitting near the tablet.
2) looking forward to an aburi dish without cream cheese. Cream cheese never goes well with freshness.

Ordered a takeout, a salmon avocado roll and a tuna avocado one. They put a ton of cheap white rice and very little filling (fish, veggie) inside the rolls. They used cheap cucumber and cheap mayonnaise that are never a part of the rolls I've ordered. What a waste of time and money! Not recommended!!!

tl;dr: not sure why the reviews are mixed for sushi mura, food is always a 10/10, a bit pricey but the food is high quality

I always order the salmon sashimi, snow village, and negitoro rolls. The special rolls have beautiful presentation and is garnished and decorated with edible foods. The salmon sashimi is extremely fresh and not like other places where it's really cold. It is cut into pretty thick pieces. The snow village is a MUST-TRY. It is so delicious, I always get two.

Food
You get a standard amount of food for the price that you pay. Do expect to pay 100$ especially if you are ordering the special rolls. We had 3 people and paid ~100$ but there was enough leftovers for me to bring to lunch the next day.

Service/
The service is nice and friendly, but they don't take your orders, they have a machine that takes orders for you which makes it a lot more convenient. The store is really pretty too and not too busy when I go.

My daughter and I both got food poisoning from here. Right when we ordered from the tablet, the house roll came within a minute. Unless the chefs somehow knew beforehand what we were ordering, the roll had to be pre-made and who knows how long it was sitting out. This was the roll that gave us food poisoning, so just be aware before ordering.

This place used to be very good but it has turned into fast sushi unfortunately.
