We ordered 2 rolls and some wild salmon sashimi. The Hawaiian roll was a bit too spicy. I forgot the name of the other roll but that one was really good. The sashimi was fresh. It was a good experience overall.

Ordered via DoorDash. Quality was very good. Really enjoyed it. The Spicy Chicken Karage was amazing. Only disappointment was the Goma-ae, which was quite sugary and the sauce had a course texture. Everything else was great, but would not order that one dish again.

I went back to Sushi Nova last night after teh 1st visit about 5 years ago. I then remembered why I did not go back after the first visit. The food taste was so so. Not bad but not food either. However, the service was undesirable. We were asked to pay as soon as we finished eating, when there was no one waiting for the table, and were were there just for an hours. When asked whether they were preparing to close and they asked us to pay right away, the waitress said No but insisted us to pay. This felt very rude. I will not go back.

Sushi Nova has become one of my favorite sushi spots in the area. The sashimi and rolls are extremely fresh and flavorful — you can feel the quality right away. The rice is perfectly seasoned, the fish is clean tasting and cut with care, and everything is nicely presented. On top of that, the staff is genuinely warm and welcoming, not just polite. They make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. It’s a place where you want to come back again and again because the food is consistently good and the atmosphere feels friendly and relaxed.

Food is good but service was bad. Asked for a tea and water for me and my 2 friends. There was only our table which was located where the server can see us. We have been drinking the tea and water and the server actually went to our table and asked if everything was ok. Our glasses were already empty and she didn’t even ask us if we would still want water and tea. We enjoyed the food but the service was bad.
