My family and I order from here frequently and it’s always good but today’s delivery was exceptional. Maybe I was extra hungry today but the food preparation to the packing was sublime. Fried rice, Mabo tofu, chili chicken were all wonderfully delicious! Thank you!

Why did I not know about this hidden gem of a restaurant. I don't want to give away the secret but this food was amazing. Just the standard stuff... the House Fried Rice and the Chicken Chow Mein and the Lemon Chicken. The portions were very fair. Good size portions for a reasonable price. This is my new go to Chinese food takeout place. Inside it's a little small, I'm not sure about the service since I didn't dine in. I will definitely give it a try. I've only purchased food from there once but I am definitely buying food from there the next time I'm shopping for Chinese food. The hours are short, closed from 3pm to 4:30pm then closed at 9:30pm so plan accordingly so you won't be disappointed!

We ordered deep-fried prawns and rice noodles with bean sprouts and beef, and what followed was not dinner — it was a full-scale culinary ambush.
The prawns arrived golden, crispy, and dangerously fragrant, like they had been engineered to bypass all self-control. One bite in and any idea of “eating slowly” was immediately abandoned. Crunch, steam, flavor — gone. Vanished. Inhaled.
Then came the rice noodles with beef and bean sprouts, slick and savory, perfectly balanced, the kind of dish where your brain briefly forgets manners, conversation, and time itself. We didn’t speak. We didn’t pause. We executed the plates with military efficiency.
By the time we looked up, the food was gone and we were just staring at each other like, “Did that just happen?”
Absolute hats off to the chef for creating something this addictive, and massive respect to the server for delivering it with flawless timing — because hesitation would have been dangerous.

We didn’t just go out for dinner — we set out on a legendary couple’s quest to Szechuan Chili on West 6th, and what followed was nothing short of glorious.
The moment we walked in, the place felt alive. The air carried that unmistakable Szechuan aroma — chili oil, garlic, peppercorns — the kind that tells you this is going to be serious. We looked at each other and knew instantly: tonight was not about playing it safe.
The food arrived like a parade of confidence. Deep reds, shimmering oils, peppers everywhere. Every bite delivered the holy trinity: heat, numbing spice, and insane flavor. Not reckless spice — intentional spice. The kind that makes you pause, grin, grab your drink, then immediately go back in because your brain says “danger” but your heart says “worth it.” We were sweating, laughing, and completely locked in as a couple, sharing bites and reactions like it was a competitive sport.
Now let’s talk about Nana, the manager — because she absolutely elevated the entire experience. She was polite, warm, and effortlessly on top of everything, making the place run smoothly while still being genuinely welcoming. As a cashier, she was fast, clear, and professional, but also had that rare ability to make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. And yes — her ridiculously long hair flowing past her shoulders was impossible not to notice, giving her this calm, composed, almost cinematic presence behind the counter. Friendly, cute, and clearly someone who takes pride in the place.
By the time we left, we weren’t just full — we were happy. The kind of happy you get after a great meal shared with someone you care about, when the flavors linger and you’re already planning your return before you’ve even reached the door.
If you want real Szechuan heat, bold flavors, and service that makes you feel genuinely welcomed, Szechuan Chili on West 6th is a must. This is date-night worthy, spice-lover approved, and absolutely 5 stars.
We’ll be back — and next time, we’re ordering even more. 🌶️🔥

Visited them on Saturday for the weekly meal with my circle. It was good stuff at a reasonable price and cheerful staff.

I’ve ordered from here a few times the last couple months and will continue doing so.
The prices and portions are good compared to elsewhere, delivery is only $1, and they also accept cash on delivery as well as card. A plus in a world that has almost completely veered away from cashless payments when ordering delivery
I like their orange peel chicken, honey garlic chicken, and the ginger beef. This is obviously westernized but it hits the spot when you’re craving western Chinese cuisine. I think the honey garlic would benefit with having some sesame seeds on it though or offering a sesame chicken would be nice .
The only thing i didn’t love was the spring roll which was subpar imo. Haven’t tried the deep fried shrimp roll so maybe that one is the better option.
Wonton soup was very good, small included 6 juicy and fresh wontons.
Beef roll was also good and I’d order again. It was even better once i put some hoisin sauce on it so if you don’t have any at home I’d ask if they offer a sauce packet
Fabulous food!

Highlights for us were:

Honestly though we’ve eaten here probably 4-5 times and it’s always good and we’ve never had a dish we didn’t like!

Inedible food. Very upsetting to spend money on something that is legitimately so bad you can’t eat it. Got it from DoorDash so I can’t even get a refund. It tasted like it had been very burnt and overcooked so they tried to remedy and cover it up by adding way too much ginger sauce.
Used to be much better quality. On Nov. 11/2025, I ordered a combo for one with the hot and sour soup. Upon opening the soup, I found a large snot residue that was rancid in the soup. Naturally, I lost my appetite and will not be returning after years of occasionally ordering from here. Very dissapointing.

Super yummy Chinese food! Beef & broccoli chow mein with crispy noodles was so good, along with the honey garlic chicken & sweet & sour prawns. All the flavours I need in a Chinese dinner. Will order again!
