very disappointed with my recent visit. Ordered the slow cooked chicken taco meal. it was difficult to spot the chicken in the taco !! Will not be going again.

Amazing how a location so well staffed and all brand new is the least inefficient Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. First two times I went 1+ self service cashier is broken. Most recently they tried to give me someone else’s order at pick up. Staff always seems to be confused and moving so slowlyyyyy

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Food and Service! I used to visit Taco Bell on Granville every weekend with my friends, and it’s always a great experience! The food is super tasty — especially the tacos and burritos, which are absolutely delicious. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service every time. The dine-in area is clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to enjoy meals with friends. Highly recommend this Taco Bell location!

I am absolutely livid at the blatant racism, ignorance and lack of customer service. Absolutely rude staff. After work on November 12th, 2025 I wanted to grab a quick snack and wanted to order 2 tacos, with the meat on the side just for easier travel/reheat. The cashier a girl with glasses gave me the run around saying they can only put the meat in their tiny container (which they use for sauce/salsa) that would not fit the amount for 2 tacos. I asked them to put in an alternative container and they said they couldn't do it. Seriously???! How difficult would that be?? The girl then go gets another worker a guy that comes at me saying they use only specific scoop and can only put it in a small container and then accused me of ordering extra meat. Literally did not order extra meat, just on the side. I said fine, put it in those small containers enough that would be the regular portion. I then go to pay, handing over a perfectly fine $5 bill and a toonie, and the girl right away said they don't accept that. In what world does Canada not accept cash. Absolutely ridiculous, rude and ignorant. So then I just walked away. I have also ordered taco bell through Uber eats and they barely give you meat(it's literally less than a teaspoon) and they stuff it with lettuce and cheese. At these prices I shouldn't be eating a lettuce taco. This tacobell absolutely sucks, it needs to be shutdown, or they need a serious overhaul with people who work well in customer service are not rude and bigger portions for the prices we are paying. Absolutely disappointing . I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have reached out to the taco bell head office.

Absolute dump all the tables were absolutely filthy, there was an awful of smell of urine throughout the place, floors look they haven’t been swept or mopped since they opened. Food looked like it was made by a 3 year old. Obviously no oversight in this place. Won’t be back as if the place can be this dirty and filthy without any cares can only imagine the lack of food hygiene.

I never give bad reviews but woah, bad food. Portions are very small. Nachos are soggy. Crunchwrap supreme is tiny with no crunch, nothing supreme about it. Go in person, if you get delivery you might not get the drink.
