Worst service ever AND they don’t answer the phone. When you call to find out where your order is one and a half hours after you placed it, they let the phone ring and ring until it sounds like a fax machine picks up. Never ever waste your time or money here at this phony business. There are hundreds of restaurants who actually care. Avoid Taco Kat all together. I wish I would have looked them up and noticed the 2.7 stars before trying to order from this bs place.
Update: they reached out claiming that the issue was due to third party services. It was my partner who ordered and not me, so they blatantly lied to me saying that they “looked into my order and that it was prepared on time”. Why not just own up to the fact that you’re running an awful business and apologize instead of placing the blame and lying to the a potential customer? Also, why not post an actual phone number instead of a fax machine number so that a potential customer can call and inquire instead of being forced to leave a negative review? Some people just were not cut out for the hospitality industry. Shame on you.

Don’t support this phoney business! Their blaster burritos are horrible. Disgusting and felt sick immediately after a few bites. The salsa was also disgusting and tasted off. The inside fillings were stale and the portion sizes were very small, mostly refried beans. I could not even a finish the burrito and this is the first time I had an experience this unsatisfactory and disappointing. Will not be supporting them again. Took the time to write this just to warn you.

TLDR: DO NOT ORDER HERE. Ordered 5 burritos (3 different types) for delivery. Horrible experience; none of them were labelled, the burritos itself were so small, the fillings were old and stale and cold, the salsa was so bad it was inedible, just super disappointing and waste of money. Feels like a complete rip off. Couldn’t handle the bad taste eating them and that’s a first time I didn’t finish a burrito. I feel sick. Never ordering here again.

But honestly the food was great. Especially for the price point. Tater tot burrito was very good. Vibe was great. I recommend this place.

Got the blaster burrito…. It was horrendous. Disgusting and made me feel sick instantly. I’m shock this horrid thing came from a restaurant. It’s like it was mad bad on purpose. I’m legitimately shocked it was so bad. Save your money. Save your time. Dont eat here.
Unfortunately this place is extremely difficult to find I passed by it a couple times for realizing it was the door with the red light. Or at least I assume so, because there's no signage, I tried to approach and go in but then as I got in I actually reconsidered cuz I felt honestly a little bit unsafe. Sure their sounds of people and shaking bar glasses but it's still not obvious that it's a Mexican place. And I just felt that I didn't fit there and I wasn't sure what I was walking into it could have been anything. So I turned and walked away. Maybe during the daytime I'll take a look, but honestly is this even the right place there's no signs?

Delivery people - If you're picking up an order, go to the back of the Narrow lounge at 3rd & Lorne St where there's a back patio. I've encountered 3 diff. delivery people getting lost because the address and small signage can be obscured by trucks parked out back. Owners.. suggest printing the "ring bell" sign on a brighter color of paper to make it more visible? And if there isn’t already, a sign out at the front of narrow lounge directing people to ring the bell at the back.
