Frequented here whenever I'm in Downtown. Good Deals, Service was nice. And the food was lovely.

Ordered from uber eats and nothing was in the quesadilla u er eats wouldn’t refund the whole order so I called and they didn’t care do not order from this location I am reporting them to the building management company and putting up posters

Considering this is the reintroduction of the Buritto Bowl I was hoping for more to it at this price point. It came across as a sludgy mess. More sauce than meat or rice / beans.

I warched them making the food and while I don’t expect red seal delivery I would hope some attempt attention given to interactions either food and customers.

Taco Time was a a quick favourite of mine but it has gone downhill. Next time I pay a bit more and get something more tasty and appealing from the competition

I ordered Chicken Cruncho which was dry, bland and tasteless with no condiments and only chicken. The employee had the worst customer service. I asked her for hot sauces and she made a face. Very unprofessional.
NEVER AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Just went to dine in today and was unable to decide my options. So grateful to the staff Parinita, she helped me with choosing the best option, she was so friendly, polite and gentle and take care of everything. I would love to go again to taco time because of her. She made this place best customer service, friendly faces are most valuable in today’s time. Please do appreciate her. Thanks.

I went to pacific center taco time. Food is good but the employee there has the worst customer service. She treat people differently and she look like she doesn’t want to do her job well.

Well, it's in a food court, so you can't expect much more from service and atmosphere ... However, the food was sub-par. "Taco Tuesday"?
Tacos had next to no cheese or toppings. 3/4 full at best. Greasy shells and the mexi-fries were limp and lukewarm. Disappointing.

I hate leaving mid or bad reviews. I try finding the best in food and honestly the food had no taste and was super bland. I wasted $15. The colors of the food were just as dull. The service was eh. You could feel they were done with the day, which is understandable considering the location is in a mall. I was charged for a cheesy crunch and then told it wasn’t available and wasn’t offered anything like a discount or free item for taking a regular crunch after paying for a different item. I wouldn’t recommend it. It was a disappointing eatery experience. I really fought my internal thoughts on asking for a refund. It really wasn’t worth what I paid.

I ordered the black bean + corn el cruncho from the menu, assuming it was the dorito one being advertised from the menu. The person taking my order asked Veg cruncho, and I assumed that was just the name for that specific item, as I've never ordered here before. When I got my wrap, I noticed that it didn't have doritos, so I went back to the till to ask about it. I was told I needed to order the dorito el cruncho. The menu doesn't show a non dorito el cruncho, so I didn't realize I needed to specifically say "dorito" el cruncho. Very disappointed.
