I always come here every tuesday for the tacos tuesday. September 16 around 4:27pm I ordered 3 soft beef and 4 soft veggie but i only got 3 soft veggie. Im already at home when i noticed that there’s one missing.

I had a great experience at TacoTime! The gentleman at the counter provided excellent customer service — he was friendly, polite, and made sure my order was exactly right. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a really nice experience at Taco Time! They have an amazing spring deal right now — a 2-taco combo — and the cashier guy was super friendly and helpful. He took the time to tell me about the special and made sure I understood what was included. He was very patient and welcoming, making the whole ordering process easy and enjoyable. The service was quick, the tacos were fresh and tasty, and the price was great too. Will definitely be coming back soon — thanks for making it such a great visit !

First time buying and I think the girl was having a bad day… I ask for a kids meal for my niece that was sit in a table, obviously her body language change…. the service was awful, literally the girl throws everything in the tray…so aggressive!
You shouldn’t have this people serving in the front,Is bad for business and worst for the client… there is no reason to be like this with a customer…

I ordered the crispy vegetarian buritto bowl which looked and tasted fresh and good. It's not bad at all I got a hot sauce with it.

Horrible service. The girl at cash counter said I need to pay extra if I want to add a few drops of chili sauce. I've never been asked by any restaurant to pay for chili sauce.

Their online ordering at this Pacific Centre location never works. You place your order online, pay for it etc and then on arrival you are still expected to wait in line and show them your online order and then they start to make the order. Today I loaded my app to scan to redeem my points I have and they said it was an invalid card...There are always so many issues at this located and for an expensive mall located in the middle of downtown Vancouver this is really sad that the owner doesn't get their machines fixed!

I ordered vegetarian burrito meal on 23 March around 10:45 am . My experience is amazing even the whole food court was not open properly but still the girl over there took my order and prepared decently. Polite staff, tasty food .

Always hits the spot for something soft, salty and filling. Great tex mex fast food. Wish it was a bit cheaper but still worth it. The salsa is great on everything. I came early to the mall so it was still clean.

Frequented here whenever I'm in Downtown. Good Deals, Service was nice. And the food was lovely.

Ordered from uber eats and nothing was in the quesadilla u er eats wouldn’t refund the whole order so I called and they didn’t care do not order from this location I am reporting them to the building management company and putting up posters

Considering this is the reintroduction of the Buritto Bowl I was hoping for more to it at this price point. It came across as a sludgy mess. More sauce than meat or rice / beans.

I warched them making the food and while I don’t expect red seal delivery I would hope some attempt attention given to interactions either food and customers.

Taco Time was a a quick favourite of mine but it has gone downhill. Next time I pay a bit more and get something more tasty and appealing from the competition

Feb 27 at 18:15:34 Pacific centre mall food court.
I ordered Chicken Cruncho which was dry, bland and tasteless with no condiments and only chicken. The employee had the worst customer service. I asked her for hot sauces and she made a face. Very unprofessional.
NEVER AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Just went to dine in today and was unable to decide my options. So grateful to the staff Parinita, she helped me with choosing the best option, she was so friendly, polite and gentle and take care of everything. I would love to go again to taco time because of her. She made this place best customer service, friendly faces are most valuable in today’s time. Please do appreciate her. Thanks.
