I used to eat here very often when I was studying in Vancouver. Even after coming back to Taiwan, I still really miss it 🥰.

Don’t like to give 1-star reviews but really wanted to share feedback as it’s a health, safety and quality concern. Ordered the Classic bean burrito, the beans were lukewarm warm than halfway through there was huge solid hard dry chunk of beans. The beans were definitely old and seemed as though the old batch mixed with the new. I am sure the lady prepping the burrito saw this and put it in anyways. It’s really hard to miss. No regard for quality control or food safety concerns. Unfortunately I am not well after eating the bit that I did eat. I am sick with food poisoning. Myself and mom who also had the same thing are sick. We will never ever eat at taco time again. Review the food standards and train your team on health and safety. Making people sick to save money is irresponsible to say the least.

Every time we come here they are so generous with the toppings and meat portions, outstanding! Any time we come downtown we stop here lol

There used to be a Taco Time on Fraser and around 46th Ave quite a few years ago when I used to live up in that area and I would always go there to eat. I loved it. But then for some reason they got rid of it and replaced it with I think it was a Subway or something. I'm not sure but because of that I hadn't eaten there for it felt like forever. And then one day when I was downtown going to this place called kitty cafe I just happened to see the Taco Time in the same building as I was leaving. I was so excited and right away I decided to go and order some food to go. It was just how I remembered it.

This is the saddest burrito that I have ever had. I don’t generally leave reviews but I had to for this one. The tortilla was just cold, chicken was pretty bland. It tasted like something I made drunk at 2:00 AM. Staff was pretty chill tho, this is not because of their service, the recipe is just shit.

Good job on staff. They recommended a beef burrito since i asked for an opinion though i think it best that beef is more hot in temperature so that its more enticing to eat.

I always come here every tuesday for the tacos tuesday. September 16 around 4:27pm I ordered 3 soft beef and 4 soft veggie but i only got 3 soft veggie. Im already at home when i noticed that there’s one missing.

I had a great experience at TacoTime! The gentleman at the counter provided excellent customer service — he was friendly, polite, and made sure my order was exactly right. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a really nice experience at Taco Time! They have an amazing spring deal right now — a 2-taco combo — and the cashier guy was super friendly and helpful. He took the time to tell me about the special and made sure I understood what was included. He was very patient and welcoming, making the whole ordering process easy and enjoyable. The service was quick, the tacos were fresh and tasty, and the price was great too. Will definitely be coming back soon — thanks for making it such a great visit !

The worst burrito I have ever eat...

First time buying and I think the girl was having a bad day… I ask for a kids meal for my niece that was sit in a table, obviously her body language change…. the service was awful, literally the girl throws everything in the tray…so aggressive!
You shouldn’t have this people serving in the front,Is bad for business and worst for the client… there is no reason to be like this with a customer…

I ordered the crispy vegetarian buritto bowl which looked and tasted fresh and good. It's not bad at all I got a hot sauce with it.

Horrible service. The girl at cash counter said I need to pay extra if I want to add a few drops of chili sauce. I've never been asked by any restaurant to pay for chili sauce.

Their online ordering at this Pacific Centre location never works. You place your order online, pay for it etc and then on arrival you are still expected to wait in line and show them your online order and then they start to make the order. Today I loaded my app to scan to redeem my points I have and they said it was an invalid card...There are always so many issues at this located and for an expensive mall located in the middle of downtown Vancouver this is really sad that the owner doesn't get their machines fixed!
