TacoTime Royal Center Mall

Do not even bother coming here for the taco Tuesday promotion. They completely skimped out on the portion size for the tacos and put about a tablespoon of each ingredient in the taco. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Went to the location at Tinseltown in the same day and was completely satisfied with their normal portion sizing, and had also been to the one in pacific centre recently as well with no complaints. I won’t be going to the royal centre location for the promotion again, even though they are clearly a family owned/operated franchise.😕

Have ordered before, different owners I think but ordered a reg chicken burrito my fav and paid for extra cheese and reg sour cream, got the smallest burrito no sour cream and no extra cheese.. rip off they also tried to charge me for a large burrito and had to correct them .

As far as taco times in food courts go I appreciate this one. The pair behind the counter have been nothing but kind and the food is always prompt and fresh.

Came for taco tuesday, food is okay. They don really communicate with you. Arent they supposed to ask if you wanted beef or do they just default to beef? Also, it would have been nice if they asked me what type of sauce I would like on my tacos. Or is that a faux paus here? Not sure, because they didnt tell me.

Hands down the best place to get lunch in downtown vancouver , consistently delicious and the 2 people who run it are as nice as possible and look after me above and beyond anyone else I've seen around downtown, highly recommend !

This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had ordering and then eating. I believe the owners were working they were super rude didn’t ask anything about what ingredients I would like on my food, didn’t communicate at all. Then when I asked about different sizes or options I got a rude response back every time. Then the food was not fresh at all and was very low quality. I give this place .5/10 and would never want anyone else to experience this.
