Taishoken Ramen is a small, cramped restaurant that is well worth the wait. The quality of service and ramen is exceptional. The Tsukemen ramen with cold noodles and karamiso soup is a standout, with a perfect texture and rich flavor. The noodles are moist and soft, and the karamiso soup adds a spicy kick. The miso tonkotsu ramen is also delicious, although not as good as the Tsukemen. Sides, such as okonomi gyoza, complement the ramen nicely. Overall, Taishoken Ramen is highly recommended for its exceptional Tsukemen ramen.
