A gem in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, apart of Pacific Center! Never disappoints with their customer service, and assortment of drinks. Always super quick and efficient and friendly. They have recently added a bunch of great new light bites and baked goods as well which is perfect to accompany their drinks. Also have the comfiest lounge chairs in town! Highly recommend stopping by.

Such a great service I had today, the staff were very nice

I have been a regular customer of this shop for over 3 years now, but sometimes only for tea or some other things, the coffee wasn't good to me at the time. but I noticed they have changed the management recently or maybe for a while now.

I felt the store is now so much better than it was before. I'm not sure if it was their own people or they have a new owner, but the new people here are very nice and energetic, much much better services, I love to talk with them, always smile and are kind and nice. Especially there is an Asian girl who remembers almost everyone's name. Omg, I am so impressed. I think she's the champ here at this store.

The coffee tasted much better, too, or maybe I just felt this way. I used to go to Starbucks for coffee not too far away from here, but now I just love to come here to enjoy all my break times more often. and I want to try all the drinks now. haha.

I don't really do ratings but I think I need to give them this one. They deserve this.

Have frequented T5 for a long time & staff is always friendly & efficient. The coffee options taste better than many others. Gluten free muffins are delicious. Granville St location plays great music & isn’t always plugged up with people on their devices!!

I visit Take Five nearly every day and it's a delight every time. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. The mood and atmosphere are exactly what you should expect in a small cafe; classic. Finally, the staff are genuinely welcoming, fast, and efficient. It's tough being a small business in downtown Vancouver for several reasons, but these guys are killin' it.

Simply the best coffee house in town! Everything on the menu is fantastic, but my personal favorite is the zebra mocha by far. Every time I need a good cup of coffee and a moment of peace, Take 5 is my go-to spot. I’m definitely a regular by now, and it’s always a comforting experience.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they make it feel like a second home. There’s never been a time they weren’t kind to me, they always remember me and my order, especially Amy. The staff greets everyone with a genuine smile, with a great customer service above all. Plus, they’re impressively fast – you never have to wait long for your drink.

One thing I really appreciate is how clean and organized the space always is, even when they’re busy. It’s clear that the new management has made a positive impact – they’ve brought in a fresh energy and attention to detail that makes all the difference. With its cozy ambiance and top-notch service, Take 5 is easily in my top 3 favorite spots in Downtown Vancouver. Highly recommend!
