Extremely kind service. Best smash burger I’ve had, fries were great, crispy and tasty. Chocolate milkshake was also very good!

The burger I got was very dry and lacked any flavour. The salad I got was also the same way. Wouldn’t recommend this place

10/14 Update: Menu has changed and it's no longer the crinkle-cut fries, these skinny regular fries got overly salty which isn't great... Burger is good, but doesn't feel special anymore, overall seasoning lacked and burger is lukewarm. Also, does the combo not come with drink anymore? Staff at cashier seems lost, nor did the other staff notice when bringing up my order... No biggie but if fountain soda is not included anymore, should take it out from the menu. Sadly I won't consider coming back with this recent experience. (Food 3 star, Service 4 star, Atmosphere same)

09/23 Walked by and came in for a quick bite, got the double bacon cheeseburger with combo. Burger is very nice, made to order, old school no fuss street style burger. Tasty and hot, seasoned well, but the bun is small and got soggy halfway, so that's something to work on. Fries are crinkle-cut and not overly salted which is quite good, but could fry them a bit longer (~20 sec), to have some crispy edges. Decent place for the price point. (Food 5 star, Service 5 star, Atmosphere 5 star)

Food was fresh, service awesome and the atmosphere is great. Place was super clean. I'll definitely return. Didn't get a chance to try a milkshake, but they looked amazing.

It cannot be overstated how terrible this $11 cheeseburger is. The burnt patty is salted to the gills and flat as a pancake that extends 1” beyond the bun. There are two small pickles and a nanosmear ketchup. Do yourself a favour and spend $1.50 more at Between 2 Buns for the best smashburger of your life, or save $7.50 and go to McDonald’s - the quality is about the same.

This is wonderful hidden gem in Vancouver! Even though it took a little to get our food, everything was fresh & delicious, especially the Oreo milkshake made from scratch!

This was so worth the wait & money!!

Great burger - a proper smash burger! And the crinkle fries were excellent, crispy and well salted. Glad I found this today.

For some reason every time I’ve ordered an impossible burger I’m given their house made bean Patty and it’s happened three times now. Has happened ordering online, ordering in person and ordering over the phone. It’s just a consistent issue.
