I ordered take out from their online system. It was straightforward and I got a discount, which was great. The food was okay. Good flavour, and a good spice level. But there was barely any meat in the dishes, it was all sauce. The take out containers were filled to the bring, but with only 6 pieces of chicken, and the rest sauce. The meat was also very tough in one of our dishes. I probably won't go again, there are just much better places in Vancouver.

This is a small, no frills type of place that's been around for a long time.
I think that speaks volumes about the quality of food, and at good value.
There is always a fair amount of various dishes available and written up on the chalk board, my fiend and I have tried to try a lot of different dishes over the years but everyine has a favorite already.
There is only one level of spicy but this is go to spicy comfort food, 5☆! I had a chana masala...

I’ve been coming to Tandoori Palace since I was a kid — it’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Back then, much to my chagrin, I had to share all this delicious food with my family. Now that I’m grown, I’m grateful for the independence to enjoy every bite all to myself — whether I dine in or order takeout.

Riyaz, his wife, and the entire staff have always treated me with warmth and care. They go above and beyond to make every visit...
