One of my new favorites for breakfast. Great staff and delicious white Chocolate mocha and my breakfast was soo good. We walked the whole length of commercial to find a good sit in breakfast. And we glad we did! They've done such a great job incorporating the previous decor too. This place is awesome. We'll be back.

I’ve been here a bunch of times and the service and vibe are always lovely but a few days ago I came here and ordered the smoked salmon bagel for $18- this is already pretty steep price wise in my opinion for a bagel and some salmon but on top of that it comes out unassembled. So I’m paying $18 to put the cream cheese and fixings (which were scattered on the plate- loose capers everywhere) together myself. Also the smoked salmon still had ice in it from being taken out of the freezer. I don’t understand why it wasn’t at least put together…. Especially for that price. Our server was lovely and everything else was great but i just had to leave this note!

Save your money and don't eat here. Since the ownership changed the environment has become very unsettling. I witnessed the young owner remove a Commercial Drive local in an electric wheel chair because it's power died and was taking up a table. They pushed her into the street and she was so embarrassed. This is no longer a kind local spot ...they are money hungry and don't care about the locals of the Drive. All the og staff have gone...ones who've worked their for years...that's an indicator it's not a fair place to work.They also put up a crowd control post as if there's big lines as a sales tactic to make people feel like their a busy place...and I've seen it get in the way of wheelchair accessible street space...which they won't move.The potatoes are good here...but the people aren't! I can't wait to see new ownership here and a lovely local spot return in this great space.

It's a great place if you have friends or family to come together, I went to this place on Valentine's Day and the food was great, it's a little on the sweet side for my liking. Will go back.

Had a lovely brunch today. Really friendly service started with the host who greeted us as soon as we arrived and kept us updated on our table as there was a short wait. Server was also great, food was totally delicious and they have a good selection of craft beers on tap. Checked all the boxes!

They charge $5.00 for two poached eggs, even after they gave me the wrong meal and I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for my proper order. Host made a joke of my lack of food but they couldn’t even comp anything. Over priced for their service and quality of food.
